Its funny, people be like "I wan live like Jah-he-sus".

There's something like 33 years of the dudes life missing, its like "hes born, does a few things as a kid, is suddenly an adult and throwing magic around". How can you live like Jesus if you dont know how Jesus lived most of his life?

But yeah. keep trying to follow his teachings (about God) as an Athiest.

Small correction=> Atheists don't believe there is a god. Muslims, Jews. and others don't believe in the story of Christ, but are not atheists.

I think Jesus was into gambling, drugs and hookers well into his thirties. He then turned his life around so that dis dad would be proud.

Jesus...the first born again christian.

if Jesus isn't real then why does his wikipedia page say he is? i figured all the marxists on the internet would've edited it to fit their agenda. so basically i have more proof that he is real than all you losers who were picked on by the popular Christian kids which explains why you reject it so much because you love to self sabotage and have been doing it since you were in grade school. just because successful people are Christians and you're unsuccessful doesn't mean god and Jesus aren't real.

The gospels are obviously bullshit. The first time jesus fed many with a few fish and a loaf or two of bread his disciples were justifiably confused as to how he would do it.

Later in the book Jesus feeds a bunch of people again with very few fish and bread.

This time his disciples should have no doubt as they had seen this before. But again they all questioned how jesus was going to do this.

The morals and life lessons are solid. The stories and claims made are bogus.

To be a christian all one has to do is emulate Christ. One does not have to believe he is god.

I find with a lot of stories, no matter how absurd, there is always a string of truth. I don't know if you can handle it, but maybe Christ fed them all thanks to the sharing of the people in attendance. You think people showing up at his lectures came empty handed? Of course I have no way to prove it. However you explain it. religious/history books are there to make you use your head. And that's all I have to say about that! :-)
