The Irish Growers Thread!

I agree for those states here but were I live I can go to the famous Harborside Health Center in Oakland, the worlds largest dispensary and get seeds or clones. Mostly or as of late we have been getting clones from Dark Heart Nursery at HHC. I am lucky enough to live in a state that has every changing strains.

The difference here than in other countries I know exactly what I am getting and what it has been tested at and that there is no mold or creepy crawlies in it.

If I do want to try a new strain I just get delivery from The Green Cross:

lineage has noting to do with rock concerts
the most common genes in hybrids is afghan and skunk

what is the lineage of chemdawg lol ?
remember this has nothing to do with rock concerts

did you notice this word in your picture (probably)
even the lineage of OG is not certain let alone that of chemdawg

(probably) chemdawg is skunk x afghan maybe a little bit of haze there too lol
in 1991 there were many dutch hybrids growing in USA created from american clones
the genetics of these clones came from land race strains from Afghanistan Mexico Thailand Columbia etc
because of the lack of seed distribution in the USA more dutch hybrids were grown in america
than seeds created by american breeders distributed nationally
as its a numbers game it is most likely many of the keepers of this time
came from this dutch seed stock 1990-95

not sure why this upsets some of you guys you can still say the orignal clones were american
this does give you some credit

Ur beating a dead horse now. There is nothing in the world that would ever say it came from dutch seed stock. Back in the early 90's NOBODY had the internet and nobody was buying dutch seeds in the states in fact people in the states where just learning about Amsterdam at that time. Those landrace genetics where already here and had been 30 years by then. My god chemdawg came from a grateful dead concert outside of san francisco and whats north of SF? Yes thats right the emerald f'ing triangle the mother of the modern cannabis movement. Sorry UK, Dutch, Spain, nor Canada don't get to claim this one.

not sure where you are reading this nonsense ^^ but you obviously were not growing weed yourself in the 90s

we were buying dutch seeds in the UK without the internet from 1990 onwards
they were sold during this period as "dutch fishing bait" rather than souvenirs as they are sold today
a rather cheeky company known as "sunlightsystems" actually registered the trade names of northern lights skunk etc


i can assure you many seeds were sent to america from canada and holland during this time


the world existed before the internet LOL
perhaps you are too young to know these things

I am 40 I am not that young and no I didn't grow at the time but knew people that did and they never ordered seeds out of the back of a magazine, no need to they were already here via cali. Alright we need to agree to disagree because neither of us is going to change the others mind and typing "LOL" at the end of your text just makes you seem like a little girl texting their boyfriend.

And the UK is a stones throw away from the Netherlands unlike the states.
