What is wrong with my seedlings _ Soil no nutes

So this is my third time popping seeds and this Fruity Juice is just not agreeing with me and I have no idea wtf is wrong

Its been over a month since I've planted them and they're right here, its been hot here and i know the ideal temp mid 70's but just don't have the money to get that perfect temp so its been about 76-81 F about 45-50% humidity the heat is the only thing i can think is different than the other times i've had but, is the few degrees really that important to be destroying my seedlings?

Their lower cotys already wilted on most of them and some others have turned pale/white with purple blotches or some just fried leaves ....

I'm using a local organic potting soil "Max Fields" with water sat out overnight
2ft 4 bulb t5s (two sets for the veg room)
little osculating fan
and exhaust fan passive intake
no food except what is in the potting soil

I went ahead and transplanted 6 of the healthiest and slower growers (trying to save the females) and the roots, of what little were there, struck me as not looking healthy ( not all white or anything) so maybe rot rot or something???

You're starting them in soil that is too hot for seedlings. Start them in a seedling mix (very low nute levels) and then transplant them after a couple weeks into your hotter soil.

I don't know, I'm guessing there is minimal root development. Maybe it is more than just the soil you started them in because often times you can get them to grow through it if just a little too hot. What is your water source?

just water from the faucets sat out bubbled a bit sometimes colorado water which is supposed to be pretty good

That soil looks really barky to me...Bark carries a lot of terpenes in it...terpenes are hydrocarbons, in this case it's used to form resin like sap...this is clogging your phloem...your phloem is the skin on your plant that runs water up and down the outside of your plant........Barky soils are best used for African Violets, I grow them also, my wife loves them...

Long story short, you need to change your soil and stop watering so much. I recommend Miracle Grow Potting soil. I have used it with great results. There are some MG haters that will tell you NOT to use MG...All I do is water my MG girls, and I use NO nutes all the way through, I just transplant into fresh soil from solo cup to 1 gal to 3 gal to 5 gal and I NEED NO NUTES....here's my MG girl now with no nutes and she's 4 weeks (half way) into flower......

I agree, way too hot of soil and you locked them out at the start, so they're using the nutes from the leaves to survive. Transplant into a friendly seed starting mix asap. Change won't be instantaneous, expect a week or so for recovery.

Yes, they are pretty small. But fix your problems and they should be growing again in no time. Keep it simple...get some better soil without time release frets, repot them, used a balanced fertilizer at low doses after they are established again, and water only when the pots seem light when you lift then.

alright thanks you guys, i had already re potted them lightly watered them in only because the new soil was way dry but i didn't soak them or anything

I transplanted into Roots Organic soil, thats the only other soil i had, all my other plants were just seeming fucked up with this soil so i guess the local brand isn't always best...

Roots organic is fine for seeds and clones even though they say it's buffered to 6.3-6.8. I add a little dolomite lime to it and just straight water for like 3 weeks

Seeds looked a little better, or the slightest bit i could tell, even this morning, only one day since transplant so hopefully they kick into gear their size isn't making me happy
