How to raise ppm without dropping ph

Hi I'm using dynagro veg in a bubble bucket with or water I mixed 1/4 teaspoon to a gallon and it brings my ph down in the top 5 region anything more ph gets too low I'm talking I'm running only about 130 ppm show can I raise my ph and get it to stay there

That's good. Not a problem. 5.7 - 5.8 is perfect for hydro.

Calibrate your meter. If you're still way low at full strength, grab an RO filter.

The problem here is that nutes are to feed the plants not adjust ph. Although the nutes lower the pH that is not their job. That job belongs to pH adjusters, pH up and pH down.

like super stoner said you wana mix up all your nutes then test ph an adjust accordingly .. all nutes are different i use canna an after i mix my nutes ph is almost always 6.0/6.1 i bring it down a little with ph down an adjust to 5.7 everyttime i use 6x6 rockwools so i tend to keep ph a little lower for feeding in rockwool my girls seem to love it

uhhh i disagree, when i add nutes my ph drops and my PPM rises....

what are you useing as far as light setup? in the far right pic one of the tips seems to look like slight nute burn cant really tell much from the pics but they dont look horrible

get you some cal mag an use a quarter strength with your feeding schedule see if that helps

ya, i agree. ppm has a lot to do with ph. it's normal to have to adjust it. i like to use pro-tekt for ph up.

like i said may have worded it wrong but ph an ppm are 2 different things .. was meaning ph is better adjusted at end mixture by useing ph up/down u dont add nutes to adjust >

i use a 400 watt metal halide for veg is looks like all my plant got a mag def but im not sure with this one because ive been changing out the resivor like crazy ihad yhe ppms up to 800 a day ago because my ph kept rising from tap water no i gotta ro filtger i got the ppms down in the 100's with i added a gallon of camg to my res at 2ml yesterday this is my biggest bitch right now hate to see her sick

ya, i agree. ppm has a lot to do with ph. it's normal to have to adjust it. i like to use pro-tekt for ph up.

ppm is still spanish to me lol still learning that but as far as the mag def go get you a bottle of cal mag always good to have handy incase u need it try out a quarter strength with your feed an see if it helps never go full strength most advertise dosages are bs they want u to use it up just gotta play with it an find out what works for you an what the ladys like
