Are you sure? There isn't a single leaf with bug damage n the tent and he's been chilling for almost 2 weeks now lol
Looks very similar that's for sure but without having it in my hand myself I could t confirm for sure.
If it is they lay eggs on the mediums surface and sometimes on stems.
They look like little pearls.
Vine weevils themselves eat leaves.
The resulting larvae live in the medium and feast on roots.
Some Beatles are Carnivors others are leaf eaters.
Its very difficult to tell sometimes which ones are which.
But IMO unless you've confirmed the identity of any bug in your grow whether its beneficial or not it shouldn't be there.
If its beneficial then crack on but confirmation of identity is crucial.
I once found a lovely red coloured Beatle on my sons Asiatic Lilly in the back garden.
Figured what harm could it do? Its a Beatle right?
It turned out to be the red leaf Lilly Beatle and it fucked up his asiatic. I was picking off larvae and eggs and adults for weeks.
Buds were eaten, leaves were eaten. It was total mess.
Had to spray it with an insecticide in the end with Thiacloprid in it.
