Never flushed, should I start now?

I use mostly organic ferts such as compost and fish emulsions but have used bloom booster around 6-8 times. Some plant leaves are curling down at the tips, I assume from Nitrogen. All look mostly healthy. I have never flushed, and don't fully understand the reason for it, is it to leech out any nutes in the soil? Also, during the last 2 weeks I heard to flush..is this true? thanks.

Don't flush your organic soil...if you think she's getting too much of the bloom then back off...
Pics would help

so i should not flush the chemical fertilizers out of the soil before harvest? At this point is there really any need for nutrients? I thought in swelling they are using mostly water, not P or K. Kinda confused

Some say that perfect dry and cure will solve all your problems. It does,,,,,,BUT,,,,,,,I STILL simply use straight water for the last week before harvest. If it has to go longer because I "guessed" wrong on the harvest time.....I keep using straight pHed water. I due this in the same manor as normal waterings.
I NEVER "flush" with 2x or 3x or even 4x the amount of water to the pot size....That is useless in my book.

Thanks all, I think I will flush for the last week, and give fish ferts 10 days before harvest. If it doesn't work well with the first, ill try something else with the rest. :joint:

Flush half, don't flush the other half. You be the judge.

I never flushed.

I than started flushing(thx to the heads on overgrow)

I do not flush any longer. I do reduce the amount of nutes though(a little)towards the end.

Flush in your last watering before harvest. Flushing is quit important cuz it cleans the plant out from all the stuff it observes and gives it a nicer smoke.

Btw...when I did dabble in the art of flushing, it was for 4-5 days in hydro systems. Didn't do anything positive.
And I can only imagine what ones plants would look like, after flushing for two weeks, like people used to preach

A better question would be why are you using chemical nutrients in organic soil?
Pics would help...you've not given many details...don't even know how close you are to harvest...but flushing isn't a good idea...IMO, but what do I know...I grow crappy little plants
