how long does it take for a fully rooted clone to flower and show sex under 12/12?

My current soil potted clones took 5 days to show flowering after switching to 12/12. They were vegged for 3 weeks to about 16" tall. Sativa dominant strain.

I was gonna say the same thing, and not to sound like a smartass, are you tryin to sex the mother plant without making it flower?
