Cloning with a 600W HPS

As stated previously, I've had major problems with cloning. At best one in ten clones have survived, and at worst none of twenty.
After another attempt with a FT, I took my last two surviving clones, put them into a plastic mug of tap water (no Clonex or nutrients) and put them under a 600W HPS. Guess what? Both survived, and both rooted like crazy! So if you have problems with cloning, this might be one thing to try.

I'm old school. Rapid rooter plus, clones gel, humidity dome, my trusted 2liter size cfl equal 100% germination rate in a week.

cloner machine, 5.8ph bubbled tap water, under 2x5' T8 lights (daylight) on 18/6. 99.99% success rate for 2+ yrs.

I started off rooting in oasis cubes. It's rapidrooters these days, in a tray W/dome, 14" away from t12(2 bulb fixture) T12 @14" away isn't too bright, but just bright enough. 24/7
Been doin it this way for
roughly 23 yrs.

It's USUALLY a temperature problem if your having problems getting clones to root. Make sure the temp in your cloning area is kept around 83-85F, if rooting in some sort of cube or plug
