Of more interest to me, what is Ed Rosenthal's opinion of permethrin? My Ed Rosenthal book says you can use Neem Oil and Sesame Oil based products as an alternative to Permethrin. Probably not as effective, but it's out there.
LOL Rather leaping to conclusions, eh?http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Permethrin
Actually this looks a little scary if you have animals, or want to grow somewhat or totally organically. No neurotoxins for me, thanks. I heart kitties and birds and fish, and I don't like the idea of smoking poison.
beacuse the were highEd Rosenthal says nothing bad about permethrin, he says nothing about it being poison. I realize it's got a "low toxicity" in mammals, but that doesn't mean I'm going to put it on my salad or load up the bong with it. It's good practice to think about what you put in your body. What did the EPA think about DDT before they realized it was disrupting everything it was sprayed on? It took them over 30 years to do something about it.
Spittle Bugs, you mean? I've seen them on orchard grass but not on our herbal grass.there those things what are born under leaves outside soaked in cuckoo spit, iv seen them on my veg ,, harmless unless your scared of really high.jumping things,,,nothing to worry about matr
yes it sounds like its just come from somewhere else, those little things can jumpSpittle Bugs, you mean? I've seen them on orchard grass but not on our herbal grass.
I wont lead you astray and I wouldn't smoke it.LOL Rather leaping to conclusions, eh?
The EPA states "
Risks
Dietary
Jorge Cervantes certainly favors it's use and has even done a YouTube video of a grow owner in the process of spraying his indoor plants with permethrin for mites. Jorge very much favors organic. I doubt he would lead us astray.
- Acute, chronic non-cancer, and cancer dietary (food and drinking water) risks from permethrin were below the Agency’s level of concern (LOC)."
