Two questions. Advice needed

My first question is I have been using tap water from my parents house which is better than the water I have at home which is hard. I poured it through a PUR filter at Ph came back at 6.9. PPM was 210. If I PHed the water to 6.5 would it be safe to use for plants? I usually use distilled water for nutrient feedings.

Second question. Seeing leaves becoming slightly coppery in center of my Big Blue Cheese plant. Was dealing with nitrogen toxicity issues and this plant was the only one that got a few nutrient burn tips. Any idea what is going on now? Pic below. Looks much better except new leaf issue. Transplanted 11 days ago from 2 gallon pot to 7 gallon grow bags in vermifire soil which is very hot and high nitrogen.

Your water will be perfectly fine. My tap water here is 7.0 @ ~160 PPM, and I just pH down it to 6.3 and have never had any issues in the two years I've been growing in this place.

I normally refrain from commenting on deficiency issues as unless it's something I'm familiar with, it's too hard to tell without seeing the plant. With that said, compare your plant to the following site's pics. Hopefully it'll help with a diagnosis before a more experienced troubleshooter comes along.

Thanks for advice on water. Don't mind picking up 30 gallons once in a while, but as plants get bigger and flushing it is cumbersome at times.

Used the site you posted. Wondering if the dis coloring coppery green look is aftermath of nitrogen toxicity.

They look good still man to me anyways I would flush a little and start yourself a few gallons of sink water let sit out uncapped for a few weeks and use that all the way in personally I have seen much worse. Plus the transplant could have stressed her a bit but if you just put her in a nitro rich medium I would go water water feed for a while and feed her with the notes at half strength from what the company suggests . What nutes do y'all use I have been using bc stuff for bout a decade and my babies always go into mg moisture control mediums always worked for me but she's fine bro.4204ever

I use fox farm nutrients. Vermifire soil is very rich in nutrients and they recommend no nutrients for two weeks. I'll probably give them big bloom, boomerang, kangaroots and microbrew in small dose to start. Maybe add other main nutrients like grow big, tigar bloom and open seaseme the week before flowering. Figure two feeding will get me to flowering to flowering in 16 days. My THC bomb is already 16" high and nearly 30" wide because of LST. Not sure I should wait 16 day. Might be huge by then. :)

That's a decision your gonna have to make brother. Keep in mind some strains double in size during the flowering stage. I've even read posts of sativas going like triple or quad in size so consider how much space you really have best not to crowd your space to much. Since you topped you should still be able to get decent light penetration to the lower flowers. I watched a video of a guy who only took the top colas for smoke and the rest of it he used for hash and butter.

Yeah I know many growers that use ff. I read a review on ocean forest and it got crapped on horribly.Fox definitely has good mediums imo though.

One of mine which is the oldest of the seven right now at twelve days already smells like a skunk making out with stinkbugs on a bed of horseshit.

I'm gonna do a guess my strain thread tomorrow ill try to do what I can with my phone. Whatever the oldest is sure breaks for 12 days from seed you would think I was in full bloom man.

Just did my Sunday measurements of my plants.
THC Bomb 1: 30" wide, 16" tall
THC Bomb 2: 24" wide, 15" tall
THC Bomb 3: 24" wide, 14" tall
Big Blue Cheese 1: 25" wide, 15" tall
Big Blue Cheese 2: 24" tall and 14" tall
White Widow 22" wide and 15" tall.

All plants are tied down for LST and have been topped. I was planning on flowering in 15 days, but they are getting pretty big. Might be very crowded after they stretch.

Damn bro yeah u got a jungle in there hope u got enough space for the stretch. I'm gonna let them go bout 17 more days before I switch them over. I think this is a Mexican sativa that I've got man it stinks for 13 days into veg.
