TANGIE AND PENNYWISE HELP

good morning everyone!. i have some DNA genetics tangie growing and some TGA sub cool pennywise. all were germinated june 28th and were all transplanted to happy frog potting soil with a fluorescent light 25w. they began to stretch to about 3in and so i transplanted them on August 7th to a bigger room with 4 gallon pots and a 400w MH light. The lights are on 18/6. Two fans are circulating air, the humidity reads about 50-60% during the day and the temperature is in between 24-28C (75.2-86F) I attached pictures here because two of the tangie are growing strangely as well as one of the pennywise. The have almost a lighter green around the outside of the leaves and the inside is darker green. The tangies are curling a lot and in general they don't look as happy was they could! The first two pics are of one tangie, second two pics of the second tagnie, and the last pic is of the pennywise! Any help would be much appreciated as I have zero idea why these young ladies would be growing strangely as if they had a deficiency or something. PLEASE LET ME KNOW YOUR OPINION, thanks everybody for your time!

Could be the higher temps, or the HF. It's pretty hot for new seedlings. GL & ATB!

forget about the older leafs , watch the new growth , is it stunted ? or is growing at a "normal" rate ? i doubt its from high temps ... if you have air circulation 28C is not that much ... it doesn't semm nut burn also .. but can't be shure ....
maybe you are facing some ph problem that are causing your plants deficiency in some macro nutrient.
Can you check your ph runoff next time you water them ?

yeah, can def check the ph run off and let you know. have been waiting for the pots to lighten up so i can water more because they still feel kind of heavy and i thought overwatering was the problem to begin with. how should i go from here?

they all seem to be seeming to have their own little problem, they have very similar symptoms, one isn't getting much new growth while the others are growing but very slowly and the new growth seems to be nice until the leaves get bigger then they are getting more affected.
just flush next time and go easy on the nitrogen for a week or 2
they don't have any nutes yet, they went straight from sprout to Happy Frog soil. i have been letting them dry out the past 6-7 days and the pots still feel kinda heavy though so i haven't given them anymore water. I'm not really sure what to do

mozarttea .. i once had a really problem with a soil i bought specilly for seedlings ... but the plants was not devoloping at all .. seemed almost stunted ... i struggled with them for almost 3 weeks ... and then ..against to what some people would say not to do .. i took them out .. carefully .. take all the dirt i could out of the roots .. gently without hurting it .. and transplanted to new soil .. during 4 days they were stunted but then .. BOOM they start growing and growing like hell .. im not telling you to do that .. just telling you my experience

i also read somewhere if you flush fresh soil(thats your case) ... you may end up releasing more nutes that are present in the soil and doing more harm then good .. it does have a point that statement ..

i haven't flushed any of my soil before the plants were transplanted, moistened the soil little before they were put in bigger pots. the soil isn't specific for seedlings, supposed to be a really good soil from cali that has lots of good stuff for the plants. not sure if the soil was the problem from the beginning or what to do now.
