Seriously, if anyone, cop, retail worker, mechanic, etc, doesn't matter, is being shot at by thugs for all the wrong reasons, who wouldn't help out by returning fire? Can you show us where a eye witness said Brown was charging the police. so far I only have heard that he turned around with his hands up.

beenthere is referring to some garbled voices on a video that have no referential value whatsoever and no actual person to claim the testimony as their own.

he is obviously putting more stock in that than the three separate, independent eyewitness accounts, two of which came from people who did not even know brown.

Sorry, I took that info straight from the Missouri Governors press statement. He said the National Guard will only be protecting the "command center". His words, not mine.
