It's one of these weird ac with a flip up vent so I can't really attach anything to ducks the cool air in that would have been a cool idea.
And yes vented out the tent into the bedroom,with a 340cfm 6 inch

Hmm, you could definitely put an ac in the tent, that would also keep your light way cooler as well. The ac may run alot more, but it's worth it to have Temps in the 75-80 range. You could build a box of some sort out of insulation board that fits around the ac, seal it up with aluminum foil tape, and cut a round hole in the front side of the insulated board (where the ac vent is) and put a flange, then ducting, then Booster fan to the port in the tent, that may work. It would be a cheap idea to try and if it doesn't work too good, it's only like a 10$ of parts

Yeah thanks man I think I'm just going to put the ac in the tent once I get the 8x8 and since there is only going to be only two 1ks in there I'll have a little room for the ac

I'm think only use like 6 by 8 and have a foot walk way on both the left and right and do 16 big girls 4 rows of 4 or 3 rows of 4 something like that.

I would do 3 rows of 4 with a 6x8 space, they'll get bigger buds and won't be so crowded, I wanted to do 12 in my 5x5 tent but I decided on 9 next run.

Putting the ac in the tent would be best, you'll notice a awesome difference for sure. Good luck man! You'll be able to pull a good amount with that set up

No problem man, definitely one step at a time, I want to upgrade eventually but limited on space at the moment.

I'm hoping to start the next round in a couple weeks or so, but definitely enjoying the down time for sure!

I have a couple projects going, I think I'll be doing tangilope next, then some karma Biker genetics which I'm stoked to do, Sour Power Biker. I also have a purple paralysis I want to flower out eventually.

The smaller plant is the purple paralysis, the larger plant I and clones are tangilope and the seedlings are sour power Biker and 24k white gold

Thanks man, none of these are local this time, I'm trying to stay away from local clones because of the bug problems alot of people have been having with dispensary clones, better safe than sorry.

I ordered the purple paralysis and the tangilope and a friend sent me the karma genetics seeds to test out to see how I like them, they're still in the testing phase and haven't been released yet. The 24k white gold is a dna genetics kosher tangie crossed with a karma genetics white og kush v 2.0. I think it's gonna be dope!

Hey all, since my current grow hasn't really been getting any company, probably because the lame thread name I chose, I figured I'd start another I've started a indoor RDWC SCROG grow in 2 gallon buckets with Larry OG and Agent Orange clones that I've taken from my mother plants. WIll be using a 5x5 grow tent, 1000w hps and a modified lucas formula using GH nutes.

Here's the gear:

Equipment:

-430cfm Intake fan

-6x24 Charcoal filter

-6" air cooled hood

-1000w hortilux eye HPS

-Active Aqua Flow Grow RDWC


-x6 2gallon pots filled with hydroton

-7gallon controller

-32 gallon reservoir

-General Hydroponics Flora Series

-Using Lucas Formula with KoolBloom, Rapid Root and Floralicious Plus

-pH up & pH down solutions (If needed)

-Air pump and air curtain in 32gallon reservoir for aeration

-Hanna Instruments GroCheck Combo pH/PPM meter

-5x5 diamond mylar grow tent

-x2 6" Oscillating clip fans

-x2 32watt florescent t8 shop light for cuttings

-x20 site bubble cloner for cuttings

-Digital thermometer hygrometer (indoor/outdoor)

-Manual Light Timer

The Clones I will be using:

-x5 LARRY OG clones and x1 Agent Orange clone

-x1 Larry OG Mother and x1 Agent Orange in organic soil

How do u like the Lucas formula?? Is that the use of only 2 of the 3 nuts in the flora gro line??

Ebb system has been hooked up, had some minor spillage on the test run but not too bad luckily. Everything is dialed in, nutes added as 100ml Micro and 200ml Bloom. 5tsp of calmag and ph down. Nutes are at 940ppm and pH is 5.8 - Also got the grow room all cleaned up and organized. Will be putting clones in the buckets today.

How's do you like that system. I was looking at a similar set up but know nothing n have no positive or negative feedback to make a decision

I like the system alot, I've only had a couple runs with it so far, but once you get the flood times dialed in, it's great. As for the Lucas formula, I don't like it. There's better formulas out there. I'll be using dyna-gro next time

what is a 7 gallon controller? is that similar to a mini float? Also, do you have a pump in each bucket to return water to the reservoir? thx

The 7 gallon controller bucket is just a bucket with some floats that controls the flood height to each bucket, there isn't a pump in each bucket, just a pump in both reservoirs. I didn't end up doing a rdwc like I planned, just ebb n flow

I'm doing rdwc, just decided. Gotta keep the water cool...Any new photos of the setup?
