Looking for potential investors in northern Genessee County rural area. Modern bank branch building with vault, safety deposit boxes, 2 lane drive through, 2 story, large lit parking lot, 2 miles East of I75 exit 126 at the intersection of N. Linden and Mt. Morris Roads.

Add to that local government and law enforcement leniency.

I'm not sure that I'll be able to swing it if coming ortho surgery for me and a lung transplant for my wife don't come off well, but I've enjoyed business start ups before for many reasons. The facility is only part of it. Approaching local government is necessary, but we are talking Genessee County. I don't know that there is a more cannabis friendly area in the state. There are security concerns, what with being close to the North End of Flint. Beecher can be a pretty nasty place. Perhaps a farmers' market to begin with, morphing into a retail operation depending on what the state comes up with for provisioning centers. The details and potential are endless, and Murphy's law is constantly at work. It will need squared away people with successful business experience. And pretty girls NNN.

--so legislation or not big balls and deep pockets and the right location will get you far here right now--

Never in the history of the plant has demand been so high

Ive waited 40yrs for this!

Dispensaries are not me.....period!

Co-ops and pts unions and collectives are oK w me-
...opportunities from the 'ground' up.....

-not everything trickles to the top couple jerks w egos and all the $$

...our 'law' has plenty of wiggle room if you structure it right
Its almost set up like a pyramid scheme

How else are all the lawyers telling the dispensary folks its 'oK' to keep going

We all know what 'full set of cards' means now......

Run it like a biker clubhous....or pts union hall
Grange hall for pharmers with all the privileges a grange brings

Sell shares to a coop....ill buy one

There are a lot of ways it can go. Whether to form up as a non profit will be considered, and if not, what business entity to form. That will depend on the people involved. Nothing can be said with certainty at this point. The nuts and bolts will come a little later, with time to let ideas work in our fertile imaginations. I like farm markets, but we all know there are and will be other options.

Woo Buck. Lots of head feed here. Not sure where to start, but let's try this.

There are people looking to represent this. We are in a buyers market. As much as I don't want to say, and largely because i am properly titrated, there are people sucking my kneecaps wanting in for one reason or another, to include legal representation, banking, and .other ancillary development. Arrogant? Maybe. Accurate? I think so.
