The Brown Family Hired a Wannabe Medical Examiner...

I'm thinking that's what really pissed him off. He took a shot at Brown in the car and the recoil caused the gun to smack him in the face.
That's exactly what would read in his little piggy file, too. "I took aim, and shot my weapon. It then recoiled and struck me in the eye like the little bitch pig that I am..."

happy birthday to me.

OP, why is your penis so incredibly tiny?

He's neither a physician, nor a certified medical examiner.

I'm not an accountant. But I'll do your taxes for free next year. Trust me?
The US has a terrible history of using coroners, elected officials who are often unqualified office managers or even just secretaries.

http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Coroner

The county coroner is often not medically trained and often is the ONLY MEDICAL EXAMINER in the county is some rural cases.

http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Medical_examiner

Your argument appears to be a bit light when this is considered common and completely normal in the United States.

Jurisdictions vary.

I heard that Darren Wilson's mother used to write bad checks and also stole her neighbors identity. She also had Darren help her on a couple of these jobs. Her name was Tonya Durso, she also went by Tonya Harris. Her name and his name makes it sound like she was a negro or maybe liked negro men. She pleaded guilty in 2001 to a dozen felony stealing and forgery counts in Missouri’s St. Charles County just west of St. Louis and was sentenced to five years on probation, with the judge suspending a five-year prison sentence. Was she a negro? I can't find a photo of her.

As of 2004, of the 2,342 death investigation offices in the United States, 1,590 are coroners offices. Of those, only 82 serve jurisdictions of more than 250,000 people.

America trusts coroners from rural counties. An ME or coroner from a large metropolitan jurisdiction would most certainly be on top of their game when compared to rural.

At the bare minimum I find this not to be a weakness but a strength for the ME.

Edit
Oh yeah, then there is his CV which says he maintains himself as a board certified forensic pathologist.

well we not sure if he did attack the officer. We already have debunk the lie of the broken eye socket. I'm still confused at what he was defending himself from. A guy running away.. Good luck with that
Well, you are correct, we don't know for sure the officer was attacked.
We also don't know for sure Brown had his hands up either, we have already established the eye witness Johnson lied about doing nobody no harm.

I'm confused as to how officer Wilson's face got swollen, sounds consistent with an attack, or was it when Brown threw his hands up?
Good luck with that.

I want to see pics of Wilson's swollen face. I guess it was not too bad seeing how quickly he was released from the hospital. didn't even have to stay over night. I still say the gun recoil smacked him good.

Obviously you've never been in very many fights, if any London.
I received eight staples in the back of my head and serious concussion, I was treated and released the same night.
As far as the gun recoil hitting the officer in the face, I find that remotely possible at best, unless of course Brown was going for Wilson's gun and a struggle ensued.

I still can't see a six year veteran officer with a clean record just gunning down an innocent man in broad daylight, especially with his hands up as witnesses claim. But anything is possible.
