i suggest that there is a thread like 'tokentalk' or what ever it would be considered dedicated towards books, literature and reading. i enjoy reading and im sure many others do too, especially if it is about cannabis. i hope this idea gains support, if not, reading a dying past time.... anyone?

currently i am reading the power of now, it is very good and has raised a lot of good questions for me

have you read any good books latley?

I just finished The Pillars of the Earth by Ken Follett. It's 1,000 pages but it's a really good page turner if you're looking for a fun book.
Right now I'm reading Lord Jim by Joseph Conrad. Difficult/slow read but it's really good if you are into more complexity.

Much chewier, but also an incredible read is Carnage and Culture; Landmark Battles in the Rise of Western Power, by Victor Davis Hansen.

My oldest was into Goosebumps BIGTIME, also Animorphs.

For the rest of the group I suggest Ken Kesey, my favorite actually isn't One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest, it's Sometimes a Great Notion.

Have you taken in anything by Oliver Sachs or Vilayanur Ramachandran? They're brain researchers, Ramachandran is at UCSD.
