some more pics of the bloom room im getting ready to start 5 ultra sour fems and 5 cheranoble in 4x4 rockwool cube and do a hand feed hydro in 1 gallon pots, right now i got 30 females and im waiting on 6 more plants to show sex, out of 10 qrazytrain i ended up with 7 females, out of 5 heavyduty fruity i ended up with 2 females, out of 6 kindness i got 4 females, out of 6 goji og i got 1 female and 1 more waiting to be sexed, out of 6 blockhead i got 4 females, out of 5 spacecandy i got 4 females and out of 5 snyergy i got 4 females, out of 11 ter i got 4-5 females, mostly everything had a 8 week veg except for the ter had 9weeks and all of the bodhi gear is 4 week veg so im hopeing for a good yield this is the most plants i had in this room so i got big hopes for it, its cooled down enough where i was able to unplug the ac unit and that the exhaust fan to do its job and its keeping it right at 83 which i wish it was 78 but oh well saveing mad money by turning that ac off

man not haveing a good day went out to my room and my 1000 watt light was not on the power cord going into the ballast was melted and one of the prongs were completely gone so fuck my life i had it for 2 years its suppose to have 5 year warranty so i emailed lumatek so lets see what they got to say i got a bad feeling im going to get fucked the ballast has two little breakers on it that didnt break, i would think as soon as it started to mess up it should of broke them breakers idk, if they dont replace im probably going to go with 2 600 watts instead of 1000 well see, damn this sucks i loved my lumatek up untill now

Damn bro that sucks the big one! At least your place didn't burn down, damn electric problems are scary business.
Hopefully they do you right, I got one of their ballasts as well.

Well that's no good. The place I bought mine from said they would fix it if they could or give me a new one if it fucked up in 3 years (I only got a 3 year warranty with mine)
Prolly a long shot but maybe try the spot you bought it from if lumatek don't come through for you.

Damn I think you got lucky there it could have been a lot worse. I run the dual 600 Lumatek's and I love them. Then again I never tried anything else so maybe I'm biased.

i fixed it myself i just wired it straight up and it seems to work im going to keep an eye on it, what crazy is the gfi outlet kept breaking so i replace it with a regular outlet now i know why

still cant wait to see if lumatek replies back, i guess maybe somehow the cord must have been rocking back and forth and arcing in the socket its been fine for 2 years and all of a sudden it melts story of my life

thanks dr yeah i hooked up my 175mh and it didnt light shit so back up to 2000 watts again, i guess im going to start looking for another light soon 4 600 would be nice more coverage
