For the life of me I can't figure out what's wrong it was doing fine the first week and a half?

Since you havnt given any info on the temps? lights? soil? feeding? ....Im going to guess and say heat stress

I have 3 cfls on it 100 watts each I use a medium soil and I water it when I see the dirt get dry?

too much light right now for the young sprout, cut back to 100w only then incorporate the other 100 and so on.

It was doing great for aweek and a half then this the leafs where pointing up and looking healthy then the tips turned yellow then it turned to the side

no for reals, it looks stretched to shit. searching for light. you may want to move that flourecent away from it on the side. or get more light above it. Its hard to tell, but i would say its an issue with light intensity.

If it didn't show any new growth after a week and its that tall, you need to drop the lights down over it.
There's a chance its just the way the strain grows, but seeing as its going sideways towards that other florescent I do believe its the lack of light.

I have 2 100 watt lights on the top of the plant and I have 1 100 watt on the side not useing the flouresent anymore

So get rid of the light on the side, and get those cfl's like 8 inches away from the top of the plant. let it go for a day and see if it rights it's self. it has good color, I would be worried about it only having 1 set of leaves. It could be a shitty seed too!

Okay thank you yeah I was wondering if it was bad it only had one set of leaves it's only young tho ill leave the two lights on and turn the sideone offf see what it does
