I'd say most went south! I'm amazed some never switched out. :-?
Everyone knew there was going to be a trial and if won....it would continue.
HC did threaten patients with jail after all !!!
I wonder what will ever become of the Class Action Suit??

Mine expired in December 2013, but they would not let you renew after September 2013, which I was aware of from spending a ton of hours on mmj forums. If I was not online, I would have had no clue of this, or any of the mmpr changes bullshit that went on.
So I renewed a couple of months early.
Everyone who did not renew early, I consider them as being fucked over by HC.

Hi George,...I don't think that's entirely true I had my doctor send in my renewal in feb and I received my renewal
back from health Canada,,,before the march deadline.....I think they were just not doing any change of address and change of prescription amount updates...that sort of thing.....
They did put one over on those who failed to renew..since they figured it was a waste of time...because they have to go to an LP for supply...anyways....

I got my new paper work for MMPR from a doc but I'd rather live with a bad case of hemorrhoids than give ANY MMPR company a dime. I'd rather get busted with illegal weed (and I don't have a criminal record) than support MMPR. I'd rather be in pain then give MMPR any money. So yah count me out of MMPR.

I would have thought there would be some sort of update on the class action by now. A nice big 'fuck you, HC' amount awarded by the courts just before the election would be kinda sweet!

i suppose if you have your docs forms filled out, but you are not registered with any LP you can probably get out of trouble saying you don't have proper access to your medicine with any LP so you cant register although you are allowed ur exemption

I'm no lawyer, I think that having a doctor's medical marijuana document would provide a strong defense if you were ever to run into any problems with the cops.

I hope so as now way in hell will I pay those prices for a product whose quality is questionable and seems to be sub par even when compared to the illegal market. If they came out the game with $2-3 per gram I might be singing a different tune but since its pump and dump my stock over product quality/price, no thanks.

If your in the GTA, police are not concerned with you even if your growing for yourself.

Im a expired MMAR and will not sign with MMPR...i feel as if HC may pull a card and screw over your old MMAR status...it may come down to that come february.

Since its MMAR thread, any updates on the privacy class action? Last i heard HC publicy appoligized and soon after the coalition put in for 6,000$ for each patient effected by the mail out, reason being they admitted guilt.

EDIT; oh and if the MMAR does not come back...anyone want to write me some very inflated receipts for my medical equipment? lol

well, 14 out of 40,000 are here.... yikes... When I first read on a forum that you would lose your mmar if you signed up with an LP, I swore I would not sign up. Everybody who did was duped by hc. In my opinion.

I'm with ya George I would never sign up for the mans weed. Not as long as I can grow myself legally or illegally. Fuck the man. I can't believe there are only 14 people on here who gave the man the big fuck you!!!bongsmilie

I have no problem flipping the bird to them, i started growing again about 3 weeks ago
