How to invite ladybugs in your grow?

cant really blame him its a great show

If you got bugs in flower you're fucked, chop it all. Don't be smoking shit with pests or pesticides. Don't be selling it especially.

Keep your room clean, filter your air coming in and out, and catch these things before they get out of control. To have 50% of the tops covered in mites means you didn't give a fuck about your grow. So it kind of serves you right, you may have good reason to have neglected it but it's the harsh truth sir.

preventative measures NOT reactionary ones are the best way to deal with bugs.

Not really man. I kept up with them but I was using mighty wash and it really didn't seem to help me. They grow like unbelievable. I totally washed the room down before I set this up cause I had it the last grow too just not this bad

If you want to kill bugs, larvae & eggs in one shot, use mighty wash. Shit is fantastic!

I never had them as bad as it sounds you did, but it was becoming too late in flower to be spraying every other day so I finally broke down and bought some no test strips. I only use them during lights off with the vents off and throw them suckers in a ziplock in the garage before the lights come on.. So far they work like a charm.

Remember to spray the underside of flowers and leaf first working from the bottom up. Then spray the tops of flowers and leaf. You then want to spray the surface of your medium, outside of your pots, walls and floors of your grow room.

Wait 3-5 days and check the plants... All bugs SHOULD be gone, but if not, repeat the process using the mighty wash again. 2 treatments is more then enough to eradicate the little fuckers as long as you follow the directions.

Wait another 3-5 days and spray your plants with PH'd water to rince off any residue left by mighty wash. This will also help removing the webs and dead bugs.

I have a bad spider mite problem in a huge grow I have. 10 plants. Pretty much about 50 percent of the tops have webs on them. Yes I know but I'm trying to not have this grow destroyed. Lol. I bought 1500 ladybugs. I'm just wondering how to invite them on the plants? One at a time on the tops where there's webs or just dump them in the soil under the plants? It's tough cause they all wanna crawl out together and I can't handle that. Lol. I have saucers on my floor with water for them. Any help will work thanks

Problem is, if you have webs visible on 10 plants, you have well over a million bugs. 1500 lady bugs will do nothing.

I would go with the shop vac idea, then look for a product called mighty wash. (Its safe to drink)
Its elextronically charged water that will kill all bugs and mold etc.


Mites breed about every 4 days so you should hit it every 4 days to keep knocking back gwnerations

When forced to use foliar sprays during late flower, you can use these tips to minimize risk of mold. (You probably already know this but i figured id add in anyhow)

Main point: Moisture 《+》 heat = mold



1. Only spray at beginning of dark periods

-This gives ample time for things to dry before lights turn on preventing conditions for mold

2. Keep temps as low as possible. Night time temps under 64f are ideal. Wait to spray until room is at night time temp amd hoods/bulbs are cooled down.

3. Fans, fans, wind, fans and wind. Give yourself ample wind current to make sure things dry out before day.

4. Dont be shy with your foliar. Getting the undersides of all leaves is most imprtant. Cover everything. Buds, stem, leaf and medium.

5. After a couple hour soak shake the main stalks somewhat vigorously getting any droplets remaining to fall off. Fans shoukd evaporate everything left before morning.

6. You need direct air flow on all of your plants. Almost enough to stress them. If there is any moisture left come morning spidermites are the least of your worries akd your looking at botrytis


Spray every 3-4 days ( or more ) for 8-12 days and it will drastically decrease your spidermite infestation.

I have heard of using liquid dish soap with tobasco... but theres a reason theres a market for indoor pesticides.... because home remedies dont work as well.
