Hey, new to the whole growing scene. On here to grab some info, share some stories, and hope to make the most of my first grow.

Planning to get started in November.

Thanks for the welcome. Feeling a little overwhelmed right now with all the info. I want to get everything set up and running before the germ my first seeds. So I decided to start in November which should give me plenty to time to get up to speed. So far I've found some great info on here.

If i had to share only tip for a new grower I would say "don't buy into the cannabis hype". Grow your pot just as you would any other plant. Keep them healthy till chop and everything will be just fine. Don't sweat the petty things, pet the sweaty things.
Good thing I don't have to share only one tip.
Welcome to the community. Good luck, great grows.

Thanks for the tip Polo. I plan on going as basic and straight forward as possible for this first grow. I am really reading up on the grow room set ups, lights, and each stage of the plants life. I like to stick with the K.I.S.S Method. I'm thinking if I can take each phase by itself it won't seem to overwhelming.

Sounds good. Work on ventilation and your game plan in the end all the prep for the grow will pay off
Plenty of soil and nutes to choose from but in the end it's just a weed whatever you go with should be fine if you have a plan.

Looks like your already off to a good solid start. By that I mean you say you are researching. Research is the single most important thing for a new grower. Good job, we love to hear that a new grower is actually reading on his/her own instead of asking us without first trying to find out on his own. Don't take that the wrong way, nothing wrong with asking questions but the fact that you read and google first earns my respect.
