i was drunk and shitt yeasterday and i offered a Vape pen to a undercover DEA


they are charging me with 33gs of weed a felony looking at 5 years is jessup (maryland jail)


i am looking for one hell of a good lawyer in Maryland
i rather be dead the go to jessup and i am not shitting anyone i am bi polar i smoke weed as a med but in my state they do not accept ............the drugs they want me to take instead of weed builds up to toxic lvls in my system since it adapts to it this casues damage to liver and kindey plus the cost of them is well unbeleiveable per month almost 600 bucks


so help a fellow freaking out stoner ...............not if u have a place in mexico where i can work for room /borad and internet i will be your man for 11 years

I would check online for MD drug lawyers.
In the mean time start getting cleaned up, I know it's tough but it will
help you get a clear grasp of things.
Is this your first offence? if it is you might be kind of OK for a plea bargain.

well i am bi polar ..........after all thiks stuff i could not sleep so i went to the hospital .......they were going to forcfully commit me last night ....i got them to give me 2 days to get the lawyer set on the case then i will commit myself

no not first i have 3 weed charges from 18 20 22 ........i am 35 now this is my first introuble thing since then

my only defence to this is i was on a manic high and did not know my actions were wrong (i did not i was just being a nice guy) ..........a buddy was with me all day and is willing to come to court with me to atest i was on a manic high had not seen me like that in years and he tried to stop me

i looked into the lawfirm and the guy i linked he has a good rep in court ...............i talk to him tomarrow ( i was up for 50 hours they gave me the old drugs i use to take for bi polar last night to let me sleep )

i already stopped smoking ..........but i need to keep doing what i am to afford the bills 6500 bond and now 5000 for the lawyer to start the case

he is only charging me 3500....he thinks the felony will be tossed out since i did not have a crime mind set ie i was selling the vape pen ......so that is the biggie i have a buddy with me all day willing to come to court and say i never ask for anything i was just being nice and offering...along with other buddies and family members willing to come in and tell the court yah that is the amish fucker to nice for own good .............so the undercover dea word vs about 20 other ppl

as for the weight he knows it will change once it gets to state lab and they extract the oil (any luck i will get a reading on the THC count of the one i made up for free ) but it was one of the 0.3 mls or 250mg that is way under the 10 grams limit for just a ticket

so i have a good chance of getting 100 or 250 dollar ticket and a 500 dollar fine for the pen itself as a smoking tool

but from him and looking up what i could he has only lost 1 drug case 20 years was cut to 4 and half months ....but everyone else walked out of the court room 17 years in law

We get too relaxed and complacent thinking "oh it's cool everybody's doing it"
but in most cases and in a public setting IT IS ILLEGAL! you can and will

thanks man ....i hope i dodged it .......being nice got me in trouble .....being nice might get me out of it (i never asked for anything i offered it free ) and the amount of it is about the same as a joint

orginally saying the o vape pen thing is was 22.20 grams and the empty cartiage i had was 9.65

the amount of oil inside will be under 0,5mls (if it was 2 full ones it would be 0.6 mls since the cartiages only hold 0.3).......the cops needed something on the charging papper so they weighted the whole thing and counted it all as weed

the lawyer saids it will go to the state lab they will extract the oil and then re do the paperwork to reflect what i really had

just for my own peice of mine i weighted them here ...........a full cartiage is 5.5 grams a empty on is 5.4...............if they use Denver's oil laws as the standard the cartiages were 250mg of weed so both together is 500mgs.........that is half a gram

they are changing the laws in 2 weeks here anything under 10 grams is just a ticket plus a fine maximum of 500 bucks once i been caught 3 times

but as it stands now i am charged with a felony not inditied yet just charged ............the DA has to decide if they want to go after it but the lawyer thinks they will not since i never once asked for money so i do not have a criminal mind set i was being nice and sharing ........and the amount is the same as a phat joint

edit on the best note i heard 4 of the judges iin that area will just fine me and tell me seek treatment for the bi polar............if i can clear this case i am gone CO here comes the amish fucker .........so if anyone sees this and knows of shops looking for growing help give me a 2 month try and i will make u a plant to be proud of to sell in shops.........maryland goes CO route like everyone thinks i will come back to family in area and open one

and.. Maryland sucks.. lol.. they might go medical. but its not going to be like CO.. there wont be anymore states with medical like CO or CALI.. they are using those states as a reference as to what not to do ..

atleast that's what the law makers in my STATE are telling me.. and I have a few family friends who no exactly whats going on with medical marijuana in my state.. and they don't want every state to start suppliying the states around it .

but honestly when I was 16.. I got pulled over.. and arrested for possession.. and they weighed out the bags they were in.. and they were bagged in like 10 bags to not allow any smell to seep out.. and when I was arrested they charged me with something like 60+ grams .. then once I got to court.. it was 15.4 grams...

same with a friend.. who got busted for heroin when he was doing bad.... he got busted with 24 bags.. and they tried to say it was 2.4 grams of dope.. because bags are supposed to be .1 gram. but 20 of the bags were EMPTIES.. he ended up taking a deal.. and pleading guilty to possession of 4 bags .. .2 grams of heroin.. got 1 year probation.. and once he completed it wasn't on his record anymore...

so if they weighed the pen and cartridge they cant charge u like that.. what they can do.. is take an empty cart.. weigh it.. and charge u with whats left in the cart.. and as far as your concerned.. .5grams of oil. lol. they wont get shit.. but your lawyer will make some money off you.. sucks.. but fight it.

well so far it has been 10,000 lawyer fees and bond .............i made 3000 of it so far(in 6 days) ...........i just finished the vape pen figuring out how to make it .......that was i was doing testing it passing it out to ppl in renfair to make sure i got the right str and effect to it

i gave some to a 74 year old lady (she asked i told her what it was and offered she took) 10 mins later they were taken her away from a panic attack so i am pretty sure it is strong enough............i was watching it from behide a few ppl she sawl me gave me a nod so i know she is not mad at me or going to tell .........when i see her again i will buy her a pretty mug for her coffee

i made up about 150 mls of the stuff ...........all that has been traded off to someone i know they are putting it in the pens and we are spliting the profit so i got anouther 3000/4000 bucks out of that and it is right before the major holiday so ppl will be all over it

i did all this for my sister inlaw she likes the pens because she can smoke when her brother/mother are around and no one knows ..........she cooks me grandmother type of food .......u know the from scratch with real butter

i was hoping to open a shop in this area when it is all legally that is what i been learning about and how to do ...........at this point i can copy everything i seen in the stores in CO the only thing i need to do is sodas but i need a Co2 extraction system

Hello all

some of u asked to be kept in the loop

as of now i have 2 summons to court one is arainment (11/3/14) and now one for status confess (12/12/14)

i been in trouble for some stuff i know the court system ok ...........never once had a status confess is this something i should be yelling wahoo or should i be happy i know i will be out at least for x-mas this year

i am calling the lawyer tomorrow to find out if i still go to the thing on the 3rd or if i do not need to (3 hour drive in rush hour traffic to be there by 9 am)


again what does a status confess summons mean .........maryland legal system
