Negative. I've used clear cups several times and never have problems. By the time the roots are exposed, it's already time to transplant. It's not that big of a deal. Now I wouldn't use a clear pot through the entire grow.

Hi mate how they doing Im on my 3rd crop iv got in flower 1 afghan 1 skunk & 1 ajhan haze #2 i will post you some picks on here if you like let me know dont take the mic out of the skunk its in too smalla pot and 10 weeks into flower cutting on weekend Iv found drying them buds out for 6 weeks in mushroom bags gives it a really nice kick Iv also had 1 turn hermy dam little seeds everywhere dont smoke to good either had light getting in there on 12hr dark time keep it green chill out
