I've watched about 90% of lions games in the last 5 years. they are always great for the first half of the season (except for the 0-16 season lmao) and then they implode in new ways never seen before. maybe we get lucky and this new coach can change that. Yes, it was unacceptable. But I think the level it is being taken to is quite ridiculous.

There are players back in the league after they participated in dog fighting. There are players in the league under indictment for murder (maybe not in the league).

Having him lose his career (which affects her too since she married him) and demanding the commissioner step down from office is in my opinion, a ridiculous amount of blow back for what is essentially a simple or aggravated assault.

If it had been a guy hitting him it would have ended up as a youtube funniest video.

She was going off on him and hit him once or twice. It is hard to tell in the video because it is time lapse but you can figure out what is going on.

Are you trying to step into a grey area here? She hit him but only a little bit? How much should she be able to hit him? Can he not fight back until she has a weapon?

Have you ever watched Cops? They ask the 2 people in a domestic violence case if they hit each other and usually one or both go to jail with the first one hitting the other definitely going in for assault. They cops dont evaluate how hard one person hit another.
