Hey everyone, thought I would make a new thread for flowering as i had carried on from my first grows old thread, due to not being able to start a new thread on my mobile!

So not much change to report, flipped too 12/12 today and added another light after reading some mega-stretch stories on this strain! Has anyone here ever grown/smoked/seen this strain before? was a freebie from herbies seeds :D.

its now running (actual wattage) 2 x 55 watt 5500k, 1 x 65 watt 2700k, and 1 125 watt 2700k, so hope for some decent bud increase on my last grow.

How the setup looks doors open at the moment, (it's very gorilla) I don't spend money on things that aren't a necessity!

Post some closer pics! Mine has very indica leaning leaves, big fat and not much branching. She stretched but not too bad. Yours from far away looks like the sat Dom so idk....she smells delicious early BTW, so hope you're ready for that! I am subscribed!bongsmilie

Yeah it's 75 percent sativa but I think I'll be fine! I'll post some pics tonight or tomorrow, but here's a recent one.

Nice plant man she looks lovely, thanks for the kind words, can't wait to see some buds start too appear!

Is that also a strawberry blue? I forgot too ask sorry! If so, share some more pictures :)
 
cool choice Hanky....what I read, said it thrived in a sog/scrog. Sativa dom, lanky perfect for bending, something to that effect.

I have seen some Strawberry Haze in the past, also lanky, but knockout smoke, little grenades for the 2 foot gandalf pipe. :peace:

Yeah iv heard this strain should be smoked with caution as it's very strong.. Sounds good to me!

I did toy with scrogging this plant when I saw how it was growing but I didn't wanna drag it out any longer.

I really wanna install an LED and mainline a plant but I'm not sure if I have the space to make it productive enough, I'm going to clear out my closet after this grow measure it up and see what the community would do with the space, if it was their own.

what size pots are you using hanky?
 
UPDATE - 1 WEEK/DAY 7 FLOWER.

So been on 12/12 light schedule for one week today, not a great deal going on a bit of stretch and starting to throw some pistils out.

Gave her first flowering feed, I'm using tomorite tomato feed - I really don't believe in using cannabis specific, 8 different bottles, take all your money nutes, as far as I'm concerned there a load of shit.

Anyway I'll let the pics speak... And some new glass too - a 6 arm tree percolator, always wanted one.

Looking nice! That new glass is sick, it seems that with the rush of all the new school "dabbers" the classic style is getting better and better priced! I have not heard of the Nutes you are using but I use Oscomote plus which is a TRF or I use Maxibloom which is a 1 part fert lol. I agree with your implied statement about all the parasites that get rich off unsuspecting noobs!

Thanks man glad to get some positive feedback!

Yeah I really like the old school classic bong, nothing wrong with a dab but a big bowl will always be my favourite.

Just thought it'd be interesting to see if anyone fancies a guess at my final yield, just for a bit of fun?

I'm gonna say about an Oz dry (that's what I hope for)
 
New thread looks good. Your plant blew up after switching. Awesome.

As to your yield question, I counted 7 -8 predominate tops, so I'd say more than your suggested Oz with that lighting. I used a single 125 watt dual spectrum, it produced an Oz. with 1st timer topping and lst.

My suggestion for height, use paper clips to hold tops back and evenly spread. It appears as though you have about 30 inches of height to work with, so you should be fine!

Thanks alot mate I'm pretty happy with it so far! I'll have to check out your grow in a sec :)

I have somewhere between 22 and 24 inches of vertical hight which should be fine and fair bit of light, I hope your right with the yield I just don't wanna guess to high and be disappointed at the end.

Seems a really good strain to work with this it's reacted how I wanted in every way so far :D

Just hurry up and flower so I can chop chop chop!
 
UPDATE - WEEK 2 / DAY 13


Hey guys, happy update from a happy grower today :D

Each of my colas have stretched up to be over a foot tall now so I'm really excited for some potentially higher yeilds than I thought!

What I'm most happy about is the top to bottom inside out lushous green, very healthy plant which was my main goal this time around.

Not too much to say, she's responded very well to feeding and starting to let of a very sweet aroma. The budsites are visibly starting to explode and I really like the potential these colas have. Here's the pics...

I was wondering when you were going to start flowering @Hanky92.....but I guess you already flipped, but the work is starting to show .....should be a beaut and explode over the next couple of weeks :peace:

Yeah she's exploding into life, think this is gonna be a good one, looks like it may completely fill my cab! Watch this space :D
