Why don't you buy it?Off the grid w/full solar system. Deep well, plenty of water. Room for another greenhouse,= 4crops a year, all inside. + any# outside?...
Just buy this place & share crop it...this place will pay for itself each year. You won't have to grow where your at, you can stay there, and you'll have all the weed you could ever imagine.....
My life is pretty much stress free and the thought of being a landlady even to a pot farm isn't appealing. I can already grow all the weed I can smoke, thank you all very much, too.
