True indeed.. I once read about some dude who flowered his clones under 1000w HPS in an area of a half a square meter (!!!). Needless to say, those buds were too fat to swim laps...they needed slim-fast

Yeah, we have a 250w MH in a small space (2x2) and we just can't grow in that place June-September. Unless, I run a very heat -resistant Strain like Satori from Mandala Seeds. She is on my next order, and I'm going to find out how she performs in 100f temps during the summer months. Mandala's website states their strains can take up to 115f or so. That's crazy, and I don't want to suffocate my plants, but we do need to pull a harvest indoors, even during the summer. Going to run a 5-pack of Satori regular, and just make my own seeds from these. Won't have much to select from, but i hear there are 2 basic phenos in the Satori gene pool. The Sativa, and the "baseball bat" indica pheno. Both are said to have a Sativa high (which gets good ratings from many heads). Been eyeing this strain for a while, so we're gonna go for it. Also getting Paradise- Durga Mata II cbd strain along with one other, we are still deciding on. So many choices... so little cash...

Pretty much all quality went down when temps were hitting 95 and up constantly.
Some strains were fine and didn't seem effect minus the quality taking a hit. Other strains didn't fair to well.

Yeah, I'm taking mandala @ their word. Hopefully the Satori can really take the heat (without quality loss) !

Ah don't worry I'm not gonna hesitate to ask nothing I'm a guy who loves gaining knowledge especially when you're dealing with mj !! Now I am confused on what you mean by a " bath like ".. I'll make sure to get a good snap of the ones on the mh side and hps side for yea and trust me man once I get started and have them all planted I'm gonna keep you posted man I'm going to run into a few bumps on the road so I'll be asking you plenty of questions... I'm hoping to start by October because I still gotta clean up the grow room and get everything I need .. trying to rack up a couple more bucks so I can get everything fairly close around the same time!Lol bro, don't hesitate to ask. Fuck that dude, I think he sits behind his keyboard secretly jacking-off to my posts just so he can come and "publicly" hate on them later. You can really go with a HPS/MH "bath" like you suggested (2 - 600w Lamps would be Purrrfect for your space, and Plenty of lumens, not to mention an optimal spectrum for both growing & flowering stages). When you harvest, just compare your buds from the HPS side with the MH side. Decide which you like better for yourself. Happy growing, can't wait to see your pics man !!!

Sounds like you are going to set up a nice and impressive grow. Personally, i've never had a chance to work with that much power (1200w) so I am interested in your progress. Our outdoor girls are ripening Sloooowly... but I guess that's normal when you have a nearly pure sativa, which I can't resist looking @ daily
oh, btw- the "bath" i was speaking of is bathing the plants with both HPS and MH spectrums at the same time (like you plan on doing). Wish I had your lamps ! We barely have enough space to hang a 250w MH here, but hey - it's better than the CFL's I was wrestling with last indoor crop. Laterz-

Well sir I am going to do my best to set up an amazing grow room well the best I can do I'll show you some photos of the room when she's all clean and empty so you and others can give me some ideas on how to set it up! Oh alright I had a feeling that's what you meant but just to clarify lol but yea man I have good room and read the more lumens the better and I got my electrical rigged so it's needed to rise the bill up a little lol I just want great quality bid idc about getting a qp off a plant a just want nice fat colas that reck and get me super stoned .. Just get to know people. I'd be hesitant if it wasn't a member who is respected, and is well documented to growing good shit.
Plus always be smart, don't use an address you grow at. I'm trying things from others, but I respect them and their work. If I can give them a run, which I am, and provide information back to them on their creations, its just part of being helpful in thecommunity. Plus side is I may just stumble upon some magic.

Yeah, they had good dark color and they looked mature enough, they were more slim oval than fat round shaped if you know what i mean, so yeah im just gonna attribute this to genes, sides, Herbie is good people, i think they would know what there doing.
