Yea, I'm pissed I only ran 8, I'm going to lose 1-2 lbs, but you live and learn. I actually calculate in grams per total kilowatt hours, that way it takes into account Veg time which is what I'm mainly talking about here. You can veg plants for 4 months and get 2g/lighting watt if you wanted too, but you also spent tons of money and time to veg them, while someone else can veg half that time, get half the yield, have half the gram/lighting watt number, but their total grams per Kwh is the same, or better, making that grow overall more efficient and better producer over the long term.Nice read this thread, and very nice plants hydrolized. I ran the numbers on 6k light w/ 8 plants avg 12oz and came up with .45gm/w. I believe that .4gm/w is around average for a good grower (those who claim 2 to 3gm/w are the ones I don't belive). I'd be willing to bet if you get the info on the other grows you were looking at that they would be coming in at around the same gm/watt. In my little 4x4 space it doesn't matter if I grow 9 or 2 plants or any amount in-between I end up with 10 to 12 oz. Which is right about .4gm/watt.
and you can get 2 runs in vegging for 21-28 days, compared to the others vegging for 8 plus weeks. i never understood that.Yea, I'm pissed I only ran 8, I'm going to lose 1-2 lbs, but you live and learn. I think you could accomplish 2 gpw easily if using LEDs and a scrog.Nice read this thread, and very nice plants hydrolized. haaahaaaaa!!!!!! funny joke friend!!!!I think you could accomplish 2 gpw easily if using LEDs and a scrog.
bamboo stakes would helpOne downside to MonsterCropping I'm noticing is the branches are so long they just don't support the buds at all, I had two tops snap off today, and about 50 strings going from my lights/whatever else I can tie them to down to the buds...and more and more are falling every day and its first day of Week 7, 13 more days to go still. It's not a "problem" in a sense I know..but when the branches start snapping 2 weeks early, it's a fucking problem.
I'm already crawling on my elbows and stomach worming my way around all the pots then standing up wherever there is a hole in the canopy, tying up what I can reach, shimmying back down, repeat..etc....lol sucks! That's a good idea too. I ran SCrogs in my tents with 1" chicken wire, might try some modular SCRogs attached to the potsI use trellis netting, I know it's a pain when it goes all the way across your room and then you have to crawl to water like a bud of mine but I have my pots on carts, 4 pots per cart with perforated angle steel on the corners and trellis netting zip tied to them.
Thanks!I can see your numbers from the pics you show. What techs do you use such as are you Super cropping, Fim, LSt or just lollipopping? The strain looks to be a nice yeilder Ill have to look for it. Great grow
