no it doesn't kill its but it suspensds the spores and the .2 micron filter is small enough to catch everything including mold spores. He didn't want to trash it he wanted a solution.

Theres mold spores that you can't even see that I doubt the screen can catch. What do you mean by suspend mold? If its still there, its still harmful. Mold will grow on any organic substance and doesn't necessarily need moisture to grow.

If the mold is not a species that creates alfatoxins, you can clean it up with proper extraction procedure. Powdery Mildew and botrytis both lack alfatoxin production and thus are able to be washed.

if you ever grown pot and checked trichomes in the morning and night you would see it for yourself. You obviously haven't completed a grow before. nor checked trichomes. trichome will be at different stage at different points on a plant. Degrade or die off. Then when the plant sleeps it produces more trichomes and oils.
