my auto under 12/12 question.

I was gifted a dinafem fruit auto. Im not set up for a perpetual grow so I just threw it in with my other photo periods that were already under 12/12 to see what effects it would have. It was under 24 hour lighting for the first 5 days of its life.

I would guess its at about 45 days (60 day strain) my question is look at the colas, the calyxs look swollen already. However it looks airy and not plump or dense at all. Do you think they will fatten up or do you think they will stay like that due to 12/12. I expected them to just be smaller with more stretch and less yeild, but good buds. What is your opinion.

Its under a 1000k mh in a cocco/ff soil mix. Its about 3 feet tall. Does anyone have experience with having to run an auto on 12/12?

Looking great auto's are starting to get higher yields which was one of the issues the breeders have been taking into the last few years. Wonder what the highest yield auto is?

you have a ways to go still , they will still swell more ...... id let it run until almost all the hairs are orange ....... prolly still have 4-6 weeks left IMO
a couple of dinafem's newer stains just have massive calyx's

DinaFem is great. I'd say the 12/12 negatively affected them. Id let them go and see what happens. My guess is they'll fatten up more but take longer to finish than advertised due to the diminished light schedule.

Thanks for the input guys. Yeah I kinda have it a little off to the side but still getting plenty of rays from the 1000 watts. I have a photo period clone in the same side light that has fat dense nugs. I think it had more to do with it being on 12/12
