Provado ultimate bug killer

Hey. Im currently dealing with a thrip problem. im doing a flood and drain grow with hydroton in the tray so I cant move the plants. I noticed them a week ago and since then ive used hydrogen peroxide (bad idea), Mighty Wash, SB Plant Invigorator insecticide and castile soap.

I still however have thrips. Plants are growing well and I want to flip tomorrow but I dont want to go into flower with thrips. However my electric budget is tight so I have to flip.

I read about provado ultimate bug killer and there seems to be split opinion on whether it should be used on cannabis. It yields good results but is apparently a bit harsh and leaves residue from between 4-11 weeks from what I've read. My strain is 8 weeks in flower if I use this would any residue be left by harvest. Also do thrips go into buds, ive heard they dont like the resin.

Just to clarify im not from the states so Spinosad, Azamax etc is a no no.

Thanks

If you're in the UK you can get SPINOSAD on eBay.

That's where I get mine.

You can even get HOT SHOTS NO PEST STRIPS on eBay and AMAZON.

I got some strips coming tomorrow. I just tried some Bug free with pyrethrin but still saw one or two about 10 mins ago. Their numbers are down to the 10's and the plants are growing at a rate and healthy. Seems theres 10% more leaf to spray every time.

But im about to train them through a screen and flip into flower so keeping on top of this is about to get very difficult.

Anyway suggestions on keeping their numbers downs is much appreciated.

You could get yourself some BLUE sticky traps as the thrips are attracted to the blue colouring.
