depends really, since I work very weird hours and more than one job. If I get up in time I shower, if not I shower at lunch.
IF I work out before work, then I shower because I can't be smelly... just no.
I only use WEN on my hair so I wash my hair daily too, with my mixed ethnicity my hair gets heavy and greasy if I don't which is another ew!
On my days/nights off I pamper myself, full bubble bath candles, glass/bottle of wine and some nice mellow smoke and usually Amy Winehouse playing.
The BF/GF are banned during me time, it's just that me time. Don't come wanting anything to get me dirty!
And they bathe daily.. it's a rule.

They say antiperspirant is toxic. something about the fact that it plugs sweat glands and affects lymph nodes. Deodorant isn't necessarily the same. But 4 days of protection? You're good to go. As long as you put it in other stinky places…
I don't get it though, if your GF showers 13 times a day, how does she tolerate your lack of showering?
