best of luck to you Lost. I'd suggest putting it under CFL's for maybe the first week or two just to get them nice and healthy!
Thanks Dfunk. I'm just glad it was something simple! The HPS was surprisingly inexpensive! A 400w *plenty for what i'm doing* was only 150 after shipping and i got it in 3 days!
1000w would be nice but a little to much for what i got though. So do you like growing PPP? I've thought of making that my next grow. What would you think?

yea they will do that, you'll go to sleep and wake up and theyll be an inch taller. ive actually had to reset my lights because my girl wont stop growing...
shes actually 33 in tall. three more inches and i will have a three foot sativa plant off of 4 cfl lights...
shes my monster and i love her. this was the puny little plant that i almost pulled up three times. glad i didnt now!

PPP is very nice its not like a white widow high but it will get ya stoned and if grown right it smokes realllly nice i guess its in the "nug" category since thats what they call it......to me the best thing about it is that it is extremely forgiving strain so theres some room for error when growing it and it can grow very very big all around so far its my favorite to grow but everyone has there own opinions THATS A REPLY TO BLAZIN WAFFLES COMMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

She came from a real quality smoke, that is, if you like being glued to the chair you're sat in!!!

Here they are!!! In the front is shorty on two books, back left is Droopy and back right is sweetness.
The first one is shorty (youngest), next is sweetness (middle), lastly is Droopy (eldest)

Just quickly, your question about turning lights on during dark period, it's a real no no from all that I have heard, it can confuse the plant and either herm or stop flowering, definitely not a good idea, I did read somewhere that IF you HAVE to go in there, use a green light. Why green I am not sure I would have thought red personally but then I guess red
is in the flowering spectrum so maybe the plants do see it. I wouldn't take any chances though.
