Seeds Intercepted - Attitude seedbank.

Never had this happen to me before, and I can't seem to find any info on their guarantee on the site. Will they reship my seeds? I got the shirt (guaranteed shipping) but the site just mentions the parcel, not so much it's contents.

Should I just email them directly or is there a form that I'm not seeing?

yeah, just contact them through their contact us email addy, something like support@attitudeblahblahblah.. it's on there some where.. you're also going to need your order number, and more than likely a pix of the package on hand as well..

Thank you! I've read after I ordered that allot of seeds from them were being intercepted.

Send an email addressed to Customer Service. They will want proof of US Customs interception. I took camera pix of the package that arrived with tape where Customs had resealed my violated package. They want pix of the green tape from Customs. Send that to them and ask them to re-ship and ask them to pick the safest way to ship. Let them decide like I did and the re-shipment arrived OK. PS -- I'm starting to believe that it is safer to make several smaller orders ( less than 100 pounds each ) than a single larger order. Just saying....

Yep, I placed a big order. I just didn't want to pay for extra shipping, next time I know. I don't really care about the breeder packs personally, they would be cool to have, but really just a waste of space - more crap sitting around.

Shooting off pics to them tonight. I just hope I don't have to wait 4 weeks again to get my order. My garden needs seeds!!!

I'm worried that a recent order might have been intercepted. This is my 6th order with Attitude and the first 5 orders always arrived at the same sorting facility and were never there longer than a day. This package arrived at a different sorting facility (same State) on Saturday and has still not left. Other than the contents being confiscated, is there anything else I should be worried about?

Not at all. So many seeds go through those places, they won't think twice about it. Just another day for them. Don't worry about it, I've had tons of orders get nabbed at customs.

I paid for the "Stealth Shipping" and it was a breeze! Cost more, but security and getting my package in full is the most important goal to me! I, also, love the breeders packages of freebies! I've gotten a couple favorite strains for free! Win/Win in my book(and garden)!

I've just found that when you try to get something for less money, or take a less-than-preferred way out, you always seem to get bit on the ass for it!

I know, man. I always prepare to wait at least 3 weeks when I order from attitude haha. But, they're friendly and always stick to their word on sending more seeds! Fingers crossed you get your beans this next go!

I ordered with herbies and didn't pay for stealth.. Order came 8 days later in a padded envelope in breeders packs.. Herbies is legit..
