Slayed it bro, respect. That was one plant in a 3x3 tent under one lec315? Also, what size of pot?
Not that you need any help, but I find tomato cages (the really big ones) work great and take minimal effort. Weave the lower branches back and forth through the cage for structural stability lol. Then if something does need tied up, you can just nail it to one of the cage hoops instead of fooling with stakes.
Thanks Bubba, this one PPP with the high cola wasn't in my main flower room or under CMH. It was in a 3Gal fabric pot, in my 2x2x4' breeding tent under 200w of a cheap Alibaba 3000k COB warehouse LED spot light, plus a DIY "panel" with 3x 13w 2700k CFL's and 3x 10w 4000k LED bulbs, 270w of mixed white spectrum, blew me away what it produced by just adding some CFL's and LED bulbs that I threw in there for heat. Wasn't expecting anything close to what it yielded or I would have had a tomato cage or trellis for support. By the end of the run I just had that large cola leaning against the wall of the tent for support, as soon as I took it out it just flopped over with weight, and that main cola wasn't pollinated so it's just some extra smoke
I use something similar, bamboo trellises, in the main flower room with larger plants for LST/support, they work well for supporting, opening them up, and maintaining an even canopy. I've seen some folks using the large tomato cages, looks like a good option and may try that sometime. Right now I'm liking these dollar store trellises, I put in 2 per plant, they slip into the edges of the fabric pots with 2 "feet" and they fit well into the 3Gal, 5Gal or 7Gal fabric pots. The Blue Dream above is in a 7Gal GeoPot but you can't see the trellises any more, they're buried under that massive plant, it's now about 48" from the floor.
Here's the trellises and sleeping girls in the 3x3 under 1x 315w CMH with the trellises showing, they're coming up to week 6 on Tuesday, will be posting an update tomorrow with proper pics as it's Thanksgiving here tonight and I have the whole gang invading my place today
Cheers...
