Shall these ladies begin flowering?

There are eleven girls, all feminized seed in 3 gallon smartpots. Were vegged 24/7 the first week then put under a 600 watt hortilux HPS on 20/4 for 3 weeks and been on 18/6 for the last week or so. They are about one month and a week old and will be flowered under a 1,000 watt hortilux HPS. They don't look too tall because im assuming the constant veg time in the beginning of the growth cycle. They are however very bushy and full of nodes. Tests ran on each one in varieties including LST, super cropping, and topping. I have 3 critical plus, 2 critical kush, 1 white widow, 2 sannies killing fields, and 3 super lemon hazes. I have them numbered and labeled so I can further choose keepers during harvest and smoke time. I will take cuttings to chose from tomorrow from the bottom branches and begin mothers.

The room is 4x4x8 and this will be my 5th grow. I was running barneys lsd and sensi northern lights but it was time for a change so I picked a larger variety to choose from this time. I really don't like mixing sativas and indicas in the same room but oh well, too late now lol. Do you think I should flip these babies to 12/12 tomorrow after taking cuttings? Or continue to let them grow longer? My only concern is over crowding, but however I don't care to take and put forth the time and effort into training them to "fit" best as possible. Im really wanting max yield. I have a second tent that I will eventually use for perpetual but that's going to be after choosing the mothers. Thats an oxymoron.
I wouldn't flip now and I have a smaller cabinet. With that said, if you aren't going to do any training or shaping then flip now.

What is your setup like and what strains are you running? I just know some of my plants will stretch 3 times the height mine always do especially because the way I veg, they may almost be a foot high but have about 8 to 12 nodes very compacted together. They explode when the flip is on. I can control the height to an extent but sometimes over crowding is hard to control. The main thing is, if they get out of control yes you can train them but I worry that over training and having to keep things under control will cause hermies.

if you want a large yield, veg longer. I veg my plants for 2-3 months and sometimes 4 months depending on the strain.

Wow hyroot, I would like to imagine that if I vegged 11 plants in a 4x4 room with a 1,000 watt hps for 2-3 to even 4 months, that it would be so tight it would almost be as thick as a blackberry thicket come flowering. What is your setup like? How many plants? what size containers and light? and what area of space do you have? I have vegged 5 plants in this same 4x4 room before in 5 gallon containers and got 15 1/2 oz's and that was with almost two month veg. And clones straight to flower once in a 1/2 gallon container some 6 inch tall and some 8 inch tall in a sea of green and had 36 total and pulled an oz to oz and a half each plant. And that was literally as soon as they took root.

Could you at least explain to me how to veg that many plants that long while keeping the girls from over crowding? Thanks in advance!

flower now, I don't veg mine more than needed. IE roots are good.

If I could find my camera I would show you the giant colas I have growing now and they are on day 41 of flower.
