Need to know your growing style. Hydro, soil? How many and what wattages of light do you have. How many rooms do you want to run? Or one big room?

Are smaller more frequent harvests better for you or larger more spaced out harvests better? Are all your plants 8 or 9 weekers or do you have long running sativas in the mix?

How many amps and watts can you pull? All these questions need answers for proper set up.

plants that i have right now:

GDP
sage n sour
purple haze
cheese
sour D (but i think the genetics are weak and prob wont do another grow with it)
time wreck 1,2,3,4
blue og
strawberry cough
blue dream
black jack
Chrystal

as far as harvest id say prob smaller more frequent as i'd really like to limit the amount of wattage i'd need to the absolute min.

currently i have just 1 light controller wired for 240 and capable of carry 4k watts. i also have my 4ft 8 bulb t5 and 1 ft 2 bulb i use for veg. currently im only running 3 600's as stated b4 i reeeeallly dont want to push the wattage amounts to the max (stealth). if i can get away with doing this with 2400/3kish that'd be fabulous though not sure how realistic

Well your going to be hard pressed to get 3 lbs out of 4k a month perpetually. Your going to have to grow trees. Your light footprint isn't going to be large enough to have plants ready to harvest every two weeks, considering the size of plants necessary to pull that weight. If you want to start perpetual just put a certain amount of plants into flower and two weeks later do it again etc... But without more watts I think your going to run out of room to get 4 sets of plants into flower. I'd say lower your expectations of yield to say a pound, pound and a half and it becomes a more reasonable goal. The other thing is I see that about half your plants could be 10 weekers. This complicates the harvest times.

thnx for the reply. so wattage wise what do you think i need to pull it off?

here is my perp, schedule. I have a 400 watt ceramic veg and 2 1000 watt flower. I just dropped a 1000 watts and got a gavita on a light rail. (so far, results are good, still comparing)
My schedule is to ALWAYS have plants in veg. when plants finish, plants come out, that many go back in. I control canopy with supercropping and topping.

Planning your veg is super important. You pretty much need double the plants in veg that you have in flower to make it work.

try going with coco, 20gal pot, in veg considering you have one 1000w and 400w light available you can veg12 plants or more, they should veg until at least 30in. Flower 2 plants- 1 plant per 1000w guaranteed to get at least a pound per light if you feed according to the nutrient feeding schedule along with knowing your plants limits. Flush weekly. Using BLUE DREAM AND CHEESE

so your saying do just 1 20 gallon pot per 1k watts?

A pound per 1000 with one plant is very doable, though I'd do 2. I don't like all my eggs in one basket. If you did one or two per light and had 3 lights, so 3 stages of flower, with a harvest every three weeks, I'd say a pound or more a month is achievable.

In other words, a perpetual with three bloom stages and a veg big enough to keep it well fed. Very nice..
