Its either a toxicity or a deficiency...dont know because you dont give any details
The problem can definitely be from switching to bloom nutrients as soon as you switched to flower. It's usually a good idea to keep feeding veg. Nutrients for the first couple weeks of flower (strain dependent). So theres a good chance your deficient somewhere. No yellowing on the lowest parts of the plant?

just increase food slightly
you may find they sort themselves out
plants can do this during early flower when they are building leaves fast
if the fan leaves and old growth start to do it then i would say it needs more nutes
if its only the new growth and small leaves give her a little time to grow it out
while just giving a slight increase in food
i would not spray them myself, but that's up to you

Would you be kind enough to tell me if I stressed my plants too much to save them I'm a first time grower I made a few mistakes I believe I corrected them

Looks all kinds of wrong to me. What week is that? Could be too much heat or light burn. Could be a crap strain
