Jack's Classic is inexpensive and respected among cannabis growers. I'm using Grow More Sea Grow which is about the same price point. It contains organic components, not purely synthetic. Miracle Grow is probably good, but it's not liked by cannabis growers. If you post about a problem with your grow, the MG will be singled out, that you're not a serious grower, did it to yourself, etc.
You don't need a boutique "lineup" like many of the cannabis-specific products. Some people use all purpose NPK ratio of 1-1-1. Some believe 3-1-2 in veg and 1-3-2 in flower is best. Advanced Nutrients is said to maintain a 1:2 ratio of PK throughout the grow, only thing changing is N (3-1-2 in veg, 1-1-2 in flower, 0-1-2 finish). You can mix products to get those ratios. See
this spreadsheet. (<<link). For example, I use Sea Grow All Purpose, Flower & Bloom, Hawaiian Bud (although I'd choose Hula Bloom now) and a relatively high-K ArmorSi to adjust the NPK ratio in different directions. You could do the same with 2-3 Jack's products (or the products I use, or random stuff off the store shelf).
Or, you could keep it simple and use an All Purpose 1-1-1 throughout the grow. People say that works fine too.
