No it's not you are wrong...The social stigma is what you just quoted...No schooling= minimum wage job....And I would say a lot more but I am not going to risk offending you....You should be very proud of the things you have accomplished
Its pretty COMMON anyone without schooling NOW a days will not get past min wage, now its not UNHERD of to land a good decent job getting raises.
such as
contracting work
call centers
ect.
I myself work above min wage as a contractor for a company I make significantly more money than min wage, but I got that job because I knew someone who worked there.
you can easily pay back school loans, my college is not that pricey and i will have it paid back in less than 5 years after im in the job field which is an in demand career.
students needs to be smart enough about their money which most arent.
But the majority of jobs available to anyone without a highschool or college is MIN wage, meaning you can start off there and move up or simply hold min wage or a bit above it.
Im not talking about the people who worked all their lives have experience and can gain a job over someone with college simply because they are 45 years old with 25 years experience in electrical work
