Birth control is a good thing.Birth control used to be illegal, and noone was allowed to talk about it.Women were brood mares for their husbands because of some archaic Catholic edict.Do you know how much of a toll multiple pregnancies take on a woman's body?Now, I'm all for kids remaining abstinant until they are of the age of majority...but, many won't.So having knowledge of how to protect themselves so most abortions can be avoided...well that's a GREAT thing.

I'm willing to turn a blind eye to abortion........but to promote it is unacceptable. Kids not having to tell their parents if they get an abortion.....sex ed that fosters irresponsible behavior...free condoms everywhere you look..it all stems from R. v W. and state sponsored birth control programs.

I actually don't know the answer to that, I wasn't born yet. (No Pill) I didn't hear this untill after she died and it was just overhearing my mom and dad talking, so no news about that

It was called out of wedlock, and family forced abortions were common......it often ended with a "slip and tumble down the stairs". Even now, I'm sure this is common.......
