Here is what I have observed in synchrony with solar panel installation:
(1) The local Raven population has dropped from approximately 40 to 7, and
(2) I have seen burns on the feet of most of the adults (which to me suggested heat from below), and
(3) I have watched the Ravens alter their flight pattern:
(a) From over the rooves to between the houses, and
(b) A substantial increase in altitude.
(illustrates the abandonment of ease and increasing energy expenditure this usually occurs for a reason), and
(4) The adolescent Raven, whose mother kept it on the chimneys and between the houses and in higher altitude flight has pristine legs/feet.
Taken singly none of these observations are suggestive however as a whole they begin to establish an avenue for legitimate inquiry for actual engineers in the field (which I am not). I'll always be a crack head but today I have the choice to do it or not to do it and I choose not to.
I guess the reason I ask is I've helped install & adjust panels for friends - they don't project a concentrated beam like the big power plant in the article.
I didn't get burned or even notice any additional warmth while working with them.
IDK, maybe there are different panels that do that though?
Possibly they are landing on rooftop solar water heaters, now I could see them getting extra warm.

Been having a lot of itching,normal for me this time of the yr here.
But this,I dunno if your going to belive me but here goes.
I was rubbing and a scrachin my forearm,This white thing flies st8 up from out of my skin...
I grab the damn thing and pull it,it breaks.One end had a damn claw and look like a cat claw.WAS that hard.
And halve as big and long as toothpick..Nobody belived me till my last damn stop.He told me he did the same and what it was but didnt get the damn claw!! So went to the ER.Last night,was doing the same,feel somtin different look over and a hole blows open the size ant bite,10-12 little black things a scurry in from me.Caught a few So now I have to go to my DR i n the Am with a bucket of this damn things babys,But I got ya Claw MF.

Trust me you'd know! Back in December a friend of mine got it. He wouldnt admit to sleeping with any skanks, his words "if i'd had sex with anyone i'd be showing about it from the rooftops". How did he get it? Maybe on the Metro, at Work? Who knows. I didnt go around there for weeks!

Google images has a lot of pics. You have a different problem as scabies are microscopic.
At this point though, you've made them look quite attractive! Get your ears checked too! Good luck!
