Sometimes it's not that easy. It could be environmental rather than a food allergy. My dog still has the remnants of one. I can't figure out it was the new muzzle or the wipes I used on his sofa or different foods we treated him too. It's been a nightmare. So far been told allergys, parrasites.yet nothing has done anything.or fig it out.I dont get it.
why they cant find it in my blood,or skin?

I'm with @lahadaextranjera again! It sounds like an allergy, the lumps being hives if they responded to Benadryl. Remember I'm just guessing here. Have you gone to a Dermatologist for patch testing? That is the way to get it diagnosed. So far been told allergys, parrasites.yet nothing has done anything.or fig it out.I dont get it.

Definitely agree. I had one for years checking my moles. He went from Dr to Mr to Prof! That's how long I saw him!!I'm with @lahadaextranjera again! The first thing is to find the trigger. That's not necessarily easy to do. I'd start writing down everything you were doing prior to breaking out. Each time this happens go over each past times notes. Something should eventually start to seem to repeat.
In the interim one thing you need to keep with you is an Epi Pen auto injector. Have your doctor write you for one. If this is an allergic reaction your body might decide you aren't being appropriately 'responsive' to it's need and your throat could swell up.
Aw I WUV you too Beechy anytime hunThanks Rosey.for the shoulder I, wuv you.
I did all of this, for over a yr.I had a book of stuff.Did the patch test.Nothing!I'm with @lahadaextranjera again! It sounds like an allergy, the lumps being hives if they responded to Benadryl. SRY to LOL but Damn.Hey trust is no problem with the chit I have seen here lately.Just my luck! I had chicken burgers for dinner from this local shop. This time I bought the ones with cheese. Within 2 hours I came up in an itchy blotchy rash inside my thighs. Took a pill and it's gone down already. It's been months. No pics! You'll just have to believe me !
Note to self:- just buy the normal ones next time!
