Looked around the forum and saw this as the best place to place a review, so here it is.
I looked online and found a site that lets you search online head shops in the U.S and picked one that was local to me. I live in Washington and I picked Brothers With Glass because they are located in Oregon. The best part about this whole thing was the shipping. It took only two days for the pipe to get here. The prices on the site aren't the cheapest but I was looking for a rasta spoon pipe and for $30 it was worth it to me. I paid $8 for the shipping. From my experience that's a little bit on the average side, I could have paid extra for faster shipping but since they were right next door I didn't see the need to. Not an in depth review but I thought I'd post my experience with them, maybe someone will find this thread if they are looking up reviews and help them decide. I'll upload the image of the spoon pipe I've got.
