what would be the best way to figure out quickly if my strain is Male or female

Take a clipping and keep it at 12/12 and see if it turns female or not. Or you can just switch the plant to 12/12 for a couple of days till you see sighns.

I would suggest taking a clone and flowering it.

Yep. Flower the clone. Search YouTube for "clone cannabis the professional way" and you can see the same recommendation. (Pretty funny video too)

switch it to 12/12 should show white hairs in about 7 dayz u can always go back to veg if it is female to make her a bit bigger then flower or wait 30 days should start to show sex by then
