The 'Truthers' as you call them, make no distinction. 9-11 being an inside job is an indisputable fact to them. If one disgarees with their facts, one is branded a sheep or ignorant.

I agree completely. When other countries treat people the way the Israelis treat the Palestinians, the United States and its allies are leading the charge at the UN for sanctions. But when it's Israel doing it they turn a blind eye.

The Arabs took the side of the Axis, either overtly like Iraq or indirectly by withholding support for the Allies. Grand Mufti Haj Amin al-Husseini issued a fatwa- "summons to a holy war against Britain" in May 1941. The
Mufti's widely heralded proclamation against Britain was declared in Iraq, where he was instrumental in "the pro-Nazi" Iraqi revolt of 1941.
In the 1930s, the fascist regimes that arose in Italy and Germany sought greater stakes in the Middle East, and began courting Arab leaders to revolt against their British and French custodians. Among their many willing
accomplices was Jerusalem Mufti Haj Amin el-Husseini, who fled Palestine after agitating against the British during the Arab Revolt of 1936-39. He found refuge in Iraq – another British mandate – where he again topped
the British most wanted list after helping pull the strings behind the Iraqi coup of 1941. The revolt in Baghdad was orchestrated by Hitler as part of a strategy to squeeze the region between the pincers of Rommel's troops
in North Africa, German forces in the Caucuses and pro-Nazi forces in Iraq. However, in June 1941 British troops put down the rebellion and the Mufti escaped via Tehran to Italy and eventually to Berlin.
Once in Berlin, the Mufti received an enthusiastic reception by the "Islamische Zentralinstitut" and the whole Islamic community of Germany, which welcomed him as the "Führer of the Arabic world." In an introductory
speech, he called the Jews the "most fierce enemies of the Muslims" and an "ever corruptive element" in the world.

of Mein Kampf. Anyone who lived in Damascus at that time was witness to the Arab inclination toward Nazism."

Faisal Husseini, is the grandson to the Führer's Mufti. Arafat also considers the Grand Mufti a respected educator and leader, and in 1985 declared it an honor to follow in his footsteps. Little wonder. In 1951, a close
relative of the Mufti named Rahman Abdul Rauf el-Qudwa el-Husseini matriculated to the University of Cairo. The student decided to conceal his true identity and enlisted as "Yasser Arafat."

I think he's establishing a timeline, a trail if you will. Don't you think it's fascinating that decades after the fall of the Ottoman Empire, when WWII was just becoming a world war, the Iraqis decided to step onto the Axis train?

Well, maybe this was inspired by Britons domination and rule of the area. You've heard, I'm sure' "an enemy of my enemy is a friend". I'm pretty sure most Iraqis would be in that camp with the USA. Those polls you are getting out of Iraq that say Iraqis love us are coming from the puppets in the green zone. Read some real polls conducted by foriegn news agencies to find how the majority really feel.

That, and the fact that many Palestinians believe Hitler, and his course of action, i.e. the holocaust, are truly the final solution to the Israeli "dilemma", no pun intended. Israel is validated in any action she takes...in my patriotic opinion. When threatened with annihilation, whether stated or inferred, all options should be available, and applied.
I believe, as mentioned previously, if OUR money goes anywhere, let Israel and other freedom loving countries have first dibs.
