That certainly cannot be the best piece of legal advice a law professor ever gave you, I'd have trouble even believing that a "t.v. lawyer" would tell you that, let alone a professor. "Doing it big" is sure to draw a lot more attention and get you caught. Surely, having money for a defense and preparations for such circumstances doesn't hurt and should be a given before you decide to start an illegal operation; doing it big is not equivalent to doing it right. The idea is to never reach the point of being investigated or arrested, let alone going to court and paying for a defense team; in order to avoid that, you do it quiet and right, not "BIG" !!!

That all sounds well and good until you ask just exactly what is 'too big to fail'.

I love how people said it was too restrictive but like 50% of it wasn't even decided upon yet. That would have established in the following 9 months if the amendment had passed. Marijuana gets 58% percent and fails, but rick scott gets 48% and wins. I can't wait to move once I'm done with my ridiculously cheap education.
