Exactly what the wife has told me. Last BBQ I drove nearly to the gate and had to turn around after a few minutes of trying to adjust.Alec, you need to go. Lots of vets there, the last "after the harvest" BBQ all the vets bonded. There were 5-6 Vietnam vets there and they were all happy to be in each others company. My trim buddies are Vietnam vets and they came last year and had a great time, I'm sure they'll be again this year.
Hey your only 20 minutes away, if it gets to be to much for you, you can just get in your car and be home in 20 minutes.

I have high hopes for this next BBQ though, I spent all summer getting out of my comfort zone in preparation. One year ago I had to psych myself up to get the mail and every little sound was a possible mortal danger, or so said my mind. Things have vastly improved since then.
I look forward to meeting everyone.
