Tweed moves way faster than HC.
HC delays things inevitably, runs in circles, takes their time...
Tweed rushes everything, pushes crap out the door and does nothing good.

So the results are the same just one is fast and reckless and the other is slow and deliberately evil.

Still holding out for the LPs that actually give a shit.. there's a few built ready for final inspection and there's a few that haven't even received an LOI but really should. More lawsuits to come I'm sure.
