Nice plants man, when did you start them? How tall is it?

Its about 2.2ft tall and 2ft wide at the bottom.Started in mid winter as sort of an accident. I was practicing with herm seeds before i used the ones I brought online and I either had to throw them or keep them so I just kept the best one and it survived many many cold nights lol Yeah the wind is annoying its been strong lately.

How I transport my ladies, not rocket science




These ladies are all head to site 1A, 1B, 1C, 1D, 1E and 1F These are all small, separate clearings with differing amounts of sun/exposure but all within around 100m of each other.

Im really excited about a couple of these spots but... who else is?




I found this stuff last season and it looked like itd been there for a while, I even took a couple of the bread trays(good for carrying plants) and a handful of small planter bags. Gave everything a good clean before use.

Now to the spots
I cleared and tried all of these spots last season but lost every plant to slugs and possums. It was a lot of work clearing blackberry bush, hopefully all that work will not be in vain this year. Most holes ammended with lime, blood n bone, gypsum and compost about a month ago.

This was my favourite spot until I found a huge path a couple of metres away. Its a hidden path toward a nearby stream that I didnt notice last year and only found after I prepped the spot. The track has no obvious recent use but I am not sure. Even if it is, entry to my clearing isnt obvious, the trees growing there at the end of the season may be a different story however...

Got 2 experimental smarties (made from an old trampoline fabric) in here with one girl going into ammended native soil.

Todays lesson...
-needed something to stick the copper tape onto, instead I ended up having to try and stick it onto itself and form a loose ring at the plant base (this was a pain!). Not sure how successful this method will turn out but at least ive got some secondary measures with the pellets. Also I ran out of neem granules so only half the girls will have this ammendment, I wonder if itll make a difference...

the outer skin of the stem on the bottom section of a 10cm seedling has been completely torn off, will the plant recover, and what caused it? slugs?

How easy do you think it would be to do single plant gurilla grows around auckland. I've got plenty of seeds. It wouldn't be too hard to find a decent spot with the amount of bushland around but my only concern is the spotters.

Found the pollen sacks just before they opened on my og #18 feminised plant so i chopped it. I don't want any pollen in this house or on my clothes. I was certain it was a hermie before i even switched to flower because of the preflowers but then i decided to leave it for a week or so of flower and it started budding, and growing branches near the preflowers (4 branches on 1 node) so i thought it must have just been a mutant female, too bad.

I get quite lazy having to grow in confined spaces and new clones are pretty much tossed to the side until i need them which would have stressed it quite a bit. Must have been a delicate strain because this is my first hermie. Feminized seeds have been pretty reliable so far otherwise.

Good luck mate I always have admired the hard yakka it takes for guerilla growing ....you got your shit sorted for sure

If you find the right spots it shouldn't be too hard. Starting seeds in December should keep plants at a manageable size, I doubt you'll have problems with spotters for one or two plant gardens at this size. Good thing about growing in a town/city is there are less critters to fend off. What are you waiting for? Get out there and start scouting...

Im already planning the next rounds for the end of the month where I'll be trying my first cornfield, testing a few new sites and one spot I used last season.

If you find the right spots it shouldn't be too hard. Starting seeds in December should keep plants at a manageable size, I doubt you'll have problems with spotters for one or two plant gardens at this size. Good thing about growing in a town/city is there are less critters to fend off. What are you waiting for? Get out there and start scouting...

If you ran out of granules just put some round the base of the plants that don't have any, good time at the moment too because there are no signs of vine hoppers yet. You look like a pro enough guerilla grower to me, should grow out some strains next year for sure man - you got it sussed with the spots/prep.

Yea makes sense lol Lots of spring water down here still. I actually forgot to mix the water crystals into my soil before I planted. Reckon itl be algood to still mix them in and around the plant? Could wait till things warm up a little more and theirs less water around but by the ill be disturbing the root system. Im surprised man I wanna know what CC pheno ive got but I cant get over the weird smell its out of it hahah I guess once the Panama get bigger the terpene profile will show more.

Defiantly spring alright like you mentioned with the normal weather then cold and haily then warm again. Typical spring weather cant make its mind up
But shit thats big hail I hope youe ladies are alright, thatl kick them into gear. Our weather looks quite similar to yours at the moment for the next week or so but colder all round down here, supposed to get a 22 though so thatl be good.

Yeah mate the guanos awesome defiantly use it indoors. When I gave my plant the tea with nitrogen in it, it instantly got really green in the tops and you can tell it digs all the phosphorous its quite rapid growth now. Yea even though someone explained all the f1 - f2 stuff to me I still cant remember it all hah Great looking plants loving the CC. Which CC pheno did you put out or is it from seed?

Crystals wouldn't do too much around the plant probably, tried it before and all it did was bring mealy bug infestation through the gel.
Yeah who knows, I'd say there would be a few different phenos. Got any more pics of it?. My pheno has solid nugget buds instead of colas.

Weather has been good over the last few days ranging from 20-23. The UV is starting to get high now at 8-9 at the moment which is classed as very high(11+ is extreme). Was pretty bloody hot today lol.

How did you brew your tea? cloth-oxygen stone-wait 48hrs and strain?. Haven't brewed teas before.
Just using some superbloom liquid guano at the moment for the BD13's I just put in 12/12 and earth juice catalyst. Your plant looks awesome with the purple, similar to your plant last season.

Here's some pics of the BD13 x OE last night at 6. Looks like a bit of Hail damage but otherwise looking good considering the up and down week. Plants are 6-8 inches tall.

I was out tonight "walking the dog" and while "walking the dog" I came across what I thought might be a nice secluded sunny spot for a few plants, but alas someone beat me to it. About 20 plants all chicken wire cages and slug pellets. I was a little jelly cos some of their plants are quite a nice size already (knee-thigh), a couple with quite big leaves.

Nah like still right down under the plant and around were the roots will be, Just thinking I might get away with it since they're still so small still. Gonna try and go up tomorrow and check things out its been quite windy I hope they're alright and hopefully the yellowing has gone away or not gotten worse. My CC got it aswell but its alright now that its outside so I have no idea whats up with that lol Only difference to my practice grow is strains, soil and reflective material in the starter box.

Yea decent weather down here to nice and warm Im hoping for a good week or two to finish my plant of. Nice UV thatl help pump the resin out.
I used an old fish tank filter thing and modified it but im probably gonna get an air stone. I just used warm water, molasses, guano of course and a little potash left for 48 hours or more then just strained the guano out. Might get a heat matt at some point and make a guano concentrate for the ladys then dilute it when I get to my spot and dose them with it every now and then.
Yea my plant is pretty similar to last season although this one is a slightly more indica pheno id say. Your plants looking great mate they've really taken of! Good to see were using the same gunao lol

This thing is getting fat pretty fast now. Its at about week 7 now should I keep feeding her for one more week then flush for a week and pull or flush for a week from today and pull? Or flush from now for 2 weeks? Trichs are just starting to turn cloudy now still lots of clear but how quick does trich color change?
Still quite a few white hairs mostly on the middle/lower buds some of the buds have a slight pinky purple tinge to them Cheers guys.

Hey guys , hows everyones plants goin? I have one confirmed female oldtimers haze at close to a metre tall ,
Had trouble with golden tigers 5/5 sprouted and died. Malawis , panamas and bangi haze all had no problems,

Depends on the situation, usually possums won't go near/through gorse. Plant far enough into gorse and you shouldn't have problems with animals but in areas with goats I'd definitely use cages.

I have a theory about using different strains in the same area that keeps the possums from eating them, last year I saw a patch with 2-300 plants consisting of 3 different strains right next to a river in a pine forest where there are shitloads of possums(and some wallabies) and they didn't touch anything. I also had a plant outside a cage that didn't get touched and was a different strain.

Weather has been pretty shitty up here but good bad weather lol, lots of sun and lots of rain so I don't need to go back to my plants for awhile - perfect weather for seedlings needing to establish a good root system before full veg. Hopefully the flower season extends from a later start this year.

Your plant looks good, there should be a lot more milky trichs over the next week and if there's mostly milky with a few ambers here and there I'd start to flush until your happy with the trichs. So you just made a mix up and not a concentrate? when I move I'm gonna setup a 400 MH closet and do 4 plants fully organic. Just recently changed my nutes to Natures Own Supergrow/bloom which is a liquid form of guano, should be interesting to see the results.

All the yellowing had gone now that theyre int the ground you were right Probably was a PH issue or something that I can address one day but for now Im happy they're just in the ground and alive/healthy. Yeah weather wise its been petty shitish down here to to be honest haha Its been typical spring weather dwon here, cloudy then sunny then raining then sunny. Spring came late this year so Im hoping that maybe the season will have a stella finish but who knows itl pick up eventually.

Sweet as Ill keep an eye on her I just brewed up a potent mix of guano. Yea I made just a mix up but Im think of making a concentrate. Let us know how your new nutes work out and whether theirs a difference. Wack spring weather, could be better down here i reckon but itl pick up.

Yeah mate I went up to my plants mid last week but my computers been screwed so I haven't been able to update but I can now so Ill post some images below. They look algood except they're very stretchered due to the cloudy and wet spring days/ tones of bush is going crazy because of the spring weather that I didn't expect so Ill have to cut that right back next week. The panama is insanely stretched lol One of the Panama go munched on by a rabbit, luckily it was the one I was gonna top anyway. Its almost like the rabbit new coz it was a perfect topping lol So Im probably going to put some blood meal around my grow area next week to deter the rabbits because they hate the smell and if that doesn't work then Im gonna get some chicken wire fence. Its just hard because I dont have a car at the moment/time because of work and it looks dodgy carrying around fence. Other then that so far so good

Update - Looking alright but Im gonna have to cut some more bush back to let more sun in because the spring growth on the surrounding bush is insane! Also gonna have to try and keep the rabbits away. I could see were the rabbit had taken advantage of the soft soil Id dug up and had dug into my hole.

The stems are so fragile and bendy at the moment for some reason, they seem full of water.

Prob just depends how you want your plant to grow and some strains respond well to topping....I think im general 4th or 5th node is good to top first then after that its just personal preference.Maybe you could top one and leave the other thats the same strain and compare them growing side by side ?
